Janet and I were married September 6 at the Beverly Hills Country Club. An event planner client of mine recommended we hire Kimery to coordinate our wedding. Kimery was amazing. She coordinated everything with the wedding site coordinator, the florist, the bakery, the Hawaiian band, the Polynesian dancers, the DJ, the makeup person, the hair stylist, and the photographer. We had special requests for each one of them and she made sure they understood what we wanted. She worked on a wedding day timeline which evolved as our wishes became clearer and she made recommendations. I am a tax attorney and I really appreciate her precision. She made terrific recommendations, such as put the wedding cake under the Chuppah after the ceremony. She was so easy to work with. On the wedding day, she took complete control and everything went perfectly. Every provider arrived timely and did their thing efficiently. Janet, who is a worrier, actually relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed herself. I can’t say that Kimery took care of all wedding day problems because there were none, zero, nada. We have had so many people tell us they had an absolute blast at our wedding; it was so much fun. Kimery is a major reason for this. If you need a wedding planned and want it to reflect your wishes and come off perfectly, hire Kimery.

We hired Kimery as our wedding coordinator right after we got engaged and we could not be happier with the results of her services! She made us feel like a priority right from the beginning, really helped our vision come to life and made sure we worked with vendors that we genuinely liked and felt comfortable with. My husband and I never felt stressed or overwhelmed throughout the planning process because Kimery made the entire journey feel so effortless. My husband was working full time and I was in school full time and working part time so we really had very little free time to plan our wedding. Kimery organized all the moving pieces, set up vendor meetings and handled all the tiny details in the months leading up to the big day. It rained on the day of the wedding and we had planned for an elaborately detailed outdoor ceremony to be set up. Within the span of a few hours, Kimery was able to transform our vision for that outdoor ceremony to inside the venue and the result could not have turned out better! We are so pleased with how everything turned out on our big day!

We had our daughter’s wedding last Saturday, July 18^th. Kimery was with us all the way since months before, planning and organizing this special event for us. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns. She is very resourceful and adept at what she is doing. At the day of the wedding we had planned to hold the ceremony outside in the gardens, but unfortunately the weather forecast showed rain at the time that we were going to have the ceremony. Kimery was so helpful in rearranging everything and moving the ceremony inside. It was a beautiful set up. During wedding, we did not have to worry about anything, everything was under control. Kimery and her assistants managed everything beautifully. Her services were truly worth the money that we spent for the wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was going according to the plan. We are very happy with Kimery’s service and would 100% recommend her as an event coordinator.

Kimery Sherwood and her associates made the most important day of our lives, the best, most magical time we could have ever imagined. She made it so easy for us to be able to thoroughly enjoy the planning process, plus to be able to feel as if we were guests at our own event.

After months of planning and deciding how to proceed we landed at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu. They indicated that they needed an attached coordinator so we went on the hunt. Kimery came highly recommended and we completely understand why. While we thought we were very organized and had it all together, it was clear we would never make it without some very experienced help. Kimery made the experience so incredibly easy and enjoyable. She worked hard facilitating last minute details right up to the wedding. On the day, we were able to relax and enjoy our party without worrying about anything. Kimery made our celebration as seamless as possible and we were left to enjoy it and not stress. Both my wife and I highly recommend her for coordinating a big event like this. She has all of the connections and know how to make any large gathering a wonderful and enjoyable one!

Kimery led us through the wedding planning process and coordinated a wedding day that everyone absolutely loved. She worked with all our vendors and quickly took care of any unexpected issues that came up. She helped us stay on track with the planning leading up to the wedding and made sure that we were getting what we wanted for our wedding. Kimery Sherwood has done both my daughters Weddings. My first daughter Courtney got married at the Bel Aire Hotel 5 years ago. It was magical and romantic with crystals and 7 feel tall centerpieces that filled the room. When Courtney and Lucio went back to their room at the end of the night the magic was still happening. Candles were lit and flowers were everywhere. She made sure that all the food they never got to eat was sitting there. My younger daughters bra showed under her dress and Kimery had her assistant sew the dress to the bra so it was picture perfect when she walked down the isle and in the pictures. She doesn’t miss a detail.
When Chelsea my second daughter got engaged Kimery was the first person I called. This daughter wanted a very zen wedding unlike her sisters elegant wedding. She is a yoga instructor so we wanted the wedding to reflect her life style. Kimery had so many ideas for this wedding your head would explode. We had Buddhas and orchids and bamboo everywhere. We had couches and arm chairs with coffee tables so it was a very relaxed environment .We had both a Monk and a Rabbi. After the ceremony ended and they were husband and wife 50 Doves flew up in the sky. The site of all the doves in the sky took your breath away. In the ball room the ceilings were draped in copper and gold with twinkle lights. 350 mercury glass votives in copper, champagne and gold in all different heights were lit all over both rooms. We had to rent dishes, glasses and chargers and they were beyond stunning. The table was a vision. Kimery knew who to call to make this vision a reality. We turned Calamegos Ranch into the most magical room ever. Kimery took charge of everything. She kept all the vendors on their toes. She knew our vision better than we did and was able to hire the lighting people, florist, and table linen places that worked with our theme. She didn’t miss a detail. She keeps the best notes so when Calamegos tried to charge us extra for a few things she took out her notes from 7 months ago and had them honor the prices we were quoted which was a HUGE savings .
I can honestly say I had 50 calls the next day telling me what an amazing event this was and I credit it all to Kimery…
