I found this shop on Unilocal,it’s close to my home and has a few great reviews. I usually like family business thinking they provide great service and they do! Right from the first time I called, Janice was super kind and friendly. I dropped off my car and she walked me through all the paperwork patiently and professionally. Don’t be fooled by the small appearance of the office, it’s the service and professionalism that matters the most. Tony came out to meet us and we showed him the car. The most smiley auto mechanic guy, super friendly.
Janice was very responsive calling me with updates. Even call additional time when I didn’t reply. When I went to pick up my car, I met her Yorkies they were really cute. Janice answered all my questions and explain all the stuff they did, showed me the paperwork. Then we walked to the car, she point out all the repairs and all the repairs on damages I didn’t notice, got me a new emblem. They even cleaned my car inside out! Beside my new bumper, the whole car looked nicer than when I got in. I also appreciate the personal touch, leaving me a pen, a card, and an air freshener.
Really nice shop, I’d recommend to anyone!

If there was a 6^th star I would give it to Metro Auto Collision. They combine excellent, hard-​to-​find customer service with perfect vehicle repairs. I had the misfortune of needing my Jeep repaired. When I contacted Jan at Metro she was so accommodating and even offered to drive me home after dropping off my vehicle, which was much appreciated since I didn’t have an alternative. Jan has a wonderful, calm, professional approach to walking you through the needed paperwork following something as nerve-​wracking as a car accident. Her husband Tony provides top notch repair service — I would never know the damage the car originally suffered. Jan is very responsive via phone and email to keep you updated on progress and timing of your car, which is turned back to you with the personal touch of a new air freshener waiting in the console. I highly recommend using Metro. I passed up two Jeep dealerships for poor service and unresponsiveness. Save yourself some time and go straight to Jan and Tony!

Tony and Janice are really great! I ran into an accident just before last Chrisrtman, and I believe it was absolutely the best decision I made at that time to leave my car in their hands. Here, I don’t want to talk much about how they fixed my car at a very reasonable price (I have checked with quit a few bodyshop stores), but rather the way how they treated their customers. It was not like they are just running some business, however, you will really feel that they can be your friends, the type of friends that you can trust because they are thinking for you. It is a feeling that after you get the service from them, you cann’t wait to introduce them to your friends, which is exactly what I did.

Like I never ran into that misplaced sign ;-) Tony and Janice were great… Liberty Mutual was not… repairs took longer than I would have liked thanks to Liberty dragging their feet, but the work they did was great. Paint matched perfectly, I think they even may have washed my car for me cause I don’t remember it looking that good when it went in. They even gave me a 100 bucks off my deductible because it took longer than expected. Very friendly service. Would definitely go back!
PS. Janice has two very cute Yorkies in the office!
