We have been bringing our cars here for over 10 years and have been satisfied every time! They are no frills, but meticulous, knowledgeable and fair. I always feel that I am getting the best, most attentive service when I come here. They are so convenient too, located right next to the Malden Center T stop. It has been so easy to drop the car off in the morning, take tge Orange line or commuter rail and then come back at the end of the day to pick it up! So easy! The manager is a pro and he and his team are so pleasant! I have always been able to drive in, say what the problem is and they take care of the rest, in most cases, on the same day. I have never had to wait for an appointment which is great since you can’t always schedule car troubles. They are also my go to for inspection stickers. Check them out!!!

If you are looking for really excellent and honest work. This is the first place to consider. Jose and his entire team are so professional and courteous with everyone whom they seem to interact with – even with difficult customers. I must admit I have been guilty of that once or twice. As a working student, I’ve done the work in terms of price shopping, they consistently come just under or match the next lowest rate offered. They work around busy work/​life schedules, tend to stick to appointment time frames, and are even honest about when you need to cut your losses and invest in a new car. Among other jobs, I’ve had my side mirror and, door, and bumper replaced impeccably. To not even investigate what they may be able to do for you would be a huge mistake!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awful. They do NOT do a good job and their quotes are ridiculous. For banging out a small dent and a paint job they asked $ 600. Every other places quoted no more than $ 200 and when I told them, they automatically lowered to $ 400.
Had my friend bring another car with just some paint scratches and they asked $ 500. They charge based on who you are and how much they can get out of you. They also do a terrible job when they do fix something (the job hardly lasted). This place is completely scummy and unprofessional. There are plenty of other places around the area I suggest you go.

My buddy Mohamed there is an honest mechanic and a good guy, but the owners there are crooks, dont waste your time there, they will screw you!!! They got me for $ 2000 because of a blown head gasket on my cadillac that they «fixed». The gasket blew again shortly after. I brought the car there 3 times befor it blew again due to overheating and nothing was done, but finally when the gaskets blew they said it was one (1) day, thats right, ONE DAY! Over the 90 day warranty. I would not send my worst enemy to do buisness there. Save your money, goto somebody reputable…

Our two cars have been reliably serviced by Jose and crew for over five years. The front office staff are super friendly and efficient, which makes for speedy drop-​off. Most of the time we just bring the car in and it is ready same day — no appointment needed. Price wise, they always come in at or below market rates (according to sites like
). My car is 18 years old, but thanks to Jose, repair costs are still low enough to keep her on the road.
