Frank’s magic shears and his talent for taming my mad cowlick deserves more than five stars. The hot lather and the straight razor trim at the end is a nice touch.
And with my unpredictable schedule, he’s able to squeeze me in at the last minute — often times right before closing time. Frank is the best!
