The reason I gave this Dunkin Donuts 4 stars is based on the way they work as a team in the morning and get people in and out quick. I managed a coffee shop when I was younger so I appreciate that they know people are trying to get to work or catch a train(it’s right next to the train station). I walked in the other day and the line was out the door. I was at the counter 3 minutes later. Impressive! Also, the manager is always right there helping out with a smile on his face! I know other reviews talk about not getting the order right but fortunately for me I have never had that issue. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is often times when I order a breakfast sandwich on a croissant they basically burn the croissant. Also, if you go later in the day/evening the staff is less than friendly. They are usually carrying on conversations with each other and you’re lucky if you get a hello or a thank you. They do not acknowledge the customer at all. However, I mostly go in the morning so I am basing my review mainly on that.

I hate giving bad reviews. But ordering anything at this Dunkin Donuts is like playing coffee roulette– I never know what I’m going to get. I’ll order a black coffee and it’ll have cream and sugar added. I’ll ask for decaf and get caffeinated. I don’t even bother asking for flavor syrup to be added to my latte since I’ve gotten the wrong kind so many times. If I had to make a suggestion for the managers: Make sure you are listening to what the customer is ordering. Oftentimes the cashier will be yelling to the staff your order when you’re in the middle of giving it, or they’ll ask, «May I help you?» and then turn to do something else. If the cashiers took their time to receive the order, repeated it back to you to ensure it was taken correctly, and then go to fill it, things would be much better. The location is convenient(right next to the Malden Center T), but unless I am taking the T, I just drive a few blocks down Commercial Street to go to the other Dunkin Donuts. Again, I hate giving bad reviews and am always willing to update my review if the service changes. Sorry, but the quality of this Dunkin Donuts is just plain poor.

Wow, amazingly loud employee yapping and joking in their native language«Indian». Couldn’t press the right key for my order!!! I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich. He put in no bacon and no sauce!!! I want my bacon!!!

dont even want to give them one star. I come in at 5pm, Wednesday. the crew were not profrssional, and they talk alot, when I order my samll latte with caramal. and whole milk, she did not pay attantion for my order and ask my too many times. Really? I dont know latte come with whole or skim?

It’s just like many of the Dunkin donuts. Convenient location next to the t. There’s free WiFi but the problem is there’s no power outlet. A few seats in the restaurant. They rush customers. Water down coffee.
