COSTUMER SERVICE IS AWESOME ! The lady that takes your orders as well as everyone else is very kind. I orders a few things which I will post pictures of. From what I could see the place is very clean, they have a hue set of meals you can choose from ! I think it’s a great local place to get food from.

I love the crepes! They have both sweet and savory — it is hard to pick a favorite. The rest of the menu is decent. They are one of the only places that delivers breakfast which is also a nice treat on a lazy weekend morning!

An update as promised in 2012… since I’ve ordered from them like 50 times since that review. They are pretty great. Not every menu item is a winner, but most are quite good. Let Foodler’s rating system guide you and you will avoid the stinkers.
Café Roma’s delivery times are always a little ahead of estimate for me and the drivers are always polite. For the few times I’ve called the people on the phone were always nice too. Still haven’t been there in person though! #Homebody
I had one problem on an order once and the owner fixed it right away. I was super impressed.

Pretty gross and gamey-​smelling chicken and steak tips dinners. Included salads but no pita or bread and woo boy did it stink up the fridge! Maybe their pizza is good but these were not worth the roughly 30 bucks they cost on GrubHub. Pretty bummed, won’t try them again.

Terrible. order was wrong and even that aside it was bad. Who puts purple onion o. And iralian sub. Coldcuts were nit good bread was chewy

ordered from here last weekend on a whim as i was craving breakfast food and virtually no place around here has any for delivery.
originally i was set on pancakes but the crepes caught my eye. i couldn’t decide so i ordered one sweet (nutella, strawberries, bananas, and blueberries) and one savory (breakfast — scrambled eggs, ham, and cheese) crêpe. J got his usual takeout fare, a buffalo chicken calzone.
this place is in malden and we live in chelsea just over the line, so i knew when foodler quoted me something like twenty minutes it would be longer than that. still, after allowing them the requisite hour with no food, i began to wonder. just as i was thinking about giving them a call, my phone rang. a woman (the manager, maybe?) apologized for the wait on the food and told me that they had to re-​make the calzone, but the driver was on his way. literally about two minutes later a friendly delivery guy arrived with our food.
but…after i got the food upstairs i realized they sent some kind of spinach crêpe instead of the breakfast crêpe i ordered. i called the number back and spoke to the woman again, who told me she would make a new one and send it right over. a reasonable amount of time later, the new crêpe arrived, hand delivered by the woman herself, mom purse and all! rather than make us wait on the delivery guy who probably had other stops to make, she drove the food over in her own car. she was very nice and wanted to make sure the other food we had was up to par, and even let us keep the other crêpe.
so how was the food? it was really good! J loved the calzone and gave it the full five stars on foodler. the top was almost like garlic bread, and despite the light color it was cooked properly and evenly. nice white meat chicken and not too much sauce inside. the nutella crêpe i had was awesome. i didn’t take a photo of the inside because it would have been a mess, but trust me that it was stuffed full of fresh fruit. the breakfast crêpe was okay — there was nothing at all wrong with it and it had good flavor, i just wasn’t a big fan of the style. (all the ingredients were scrambled together. i would have preferred eggs over sliced ham and sliced melted cheese. when you put cheese in eggs you kind of loose that melty gooey cheesiness that i’m after.) actually, the mystery crêpe we were sent by mistake would have been really good except that i don’t eat spinach. it had a fried egg, sliced cheese, baby spinach, and fresh tomatoes. the portions across the board are HUGE. the crepes take up a full size styrofoam dinner container and are stuffed with ingredients, and the «medium» calzone would easily be a large anywhere else.
i’m giving this place four stars because despite the wait and confusion, i liked that they were proactive in letting me know rather than just leaving me hanging or me having to call. they obviously cared that the food they sent out was made well, and when there was an issue it wasn’t a hassle at all to have it resolved. and most importantly, the food was good. we’ll definitely be giving them another try in the future.

I’m an out of towner… here for a conference with my son. Had our food delivered to local Hotel two different nights and absolutely LOVED it! Had several pasta dishes to die for and then included this cookie that was amazing! Don’t know when I’ll be back but love the quality and the taste! Well done!

Had a wonderful ordering experience from this restaurant yesterday. Ordered in the evening whilst contemplating what to eat along with what to watch on Netflix (#First World Problems)
Online order with $ 3 off $ 25 or more takes care of the delivery fee. Which is $ 2.50
As always important the delivery man was friendly and appreciative. Which is all one would want.
Ordered the Shrimp Wrap –Delicious! Yum, Yum, Yum! Light and with nice big shrimp.
The Clams with Linguine/​scampi style. I thought it might be a little bland but it was not. Linguine was cooked perfectly and I really enjoyed this dish.
The Chicken Parm over Ziti was good as well. Not a huge fan of the pasta. I thought it was cooked just a bit to much. The chicken was very good with a nice layer of cheese on top.
The Flan dessert was creamy and made for a great late night snack.
All in all a Winning experience. Certainly will be ordering again.

Hands down Best Pizza in the area! Friendly people and a whole lot of great food. And free delivery is lighting fast

Read some reviews on here before ordering and decided we needed to try somewhere new (didnt hurt that they had Triple Foodler Points)
so we tried a little of everything…
Extra Cheese Pizza — the extra really might not have been needed, it was just a MONSTROSITY of cheese. Decent crust though, good taste!
Meatball sub = the bf got & said it was fine, Not really much goes into a meatball sub…
Veggie wrap = Was just some onion, green pepper, broccoli & maybe mushrooms but it was SOOO GOOD they went heavy on the black pepper and it made it soo good… It was just tasty & grilled to perfection (that wrap might actually make me go from 3 – 4 stars)
Shrimp Burrito = was a little skeptical at first but it was soo good, Next time I would ask for no lettuce… No burritos should have lettuce but it was good the shrimp were really big & juicy not all dried out.
Antipasto Salad = was a really good size, nice fresh veggies — loved that it was more than just cucumber & tomatoes… Just ask for extra dressing if you are someone who like heavy dressing (it was a small*ish container)
All in all, everything was good. Will DEF try again!

Café Roma is a complete rip off order two breakfast sandwiches that came with a sliver of egg and microwaved pre cooked bacon. They charge me 2.50 when I legit live a two min drive away get it together damn I could have went to 711 and got a better 1.00 sand which you people should be ashamed I honestly want my money back for these so called sandwiches I payed 15.00 $ for never again I’m so done.

Get the fez special

This is still not a place I would order from regularly, but they have pretty good breakfasts. My roomie is still loving them, so she orders me a bite here and there. The other morning we got breakfast from there and it was pretty tasty. I got the Sun, Moon and Stars, which is three eggs, home fries, bacon or sausage and toast. My eggs were just as I ordered (over medium), the sausage and home fries were perfect, and the toast was just okay (It was on the thick side). I would gladly eat breakfast from here again if my roomie ordered it, but I still don’t see myself choosing this place when i am hungry and ready to order something.

I give this place 5 starts and it totally worth it. My friend lives in Malden and eeverytime I go there we end up ordering pizza from Café Roma. About a year ago this place got new management and everything has changed. I love their pizza. Thin, crunchy, delicious dough, amazing choice of topping. Their dough remind me of the Upper Crust, but only for the half of the price. Also variety of sandwiches are available I tried some and they worth every penny I paid. I can recommend alfredo chicken pasta, creamy and well done! Great job guys, and I will defiantly will order again.

I decided to give them a second chance after my first order of a Buffalo Pizza was just nasty. I just won’t order pizza from them.
I got some grape leaves which were decent, if a bit oily.
I haven’t even tasted the meatball pasta yet because the incompetence of the delivery driver took the cake.
When I called because they had forgotten my soda (yes, only $ 1.75 but I wasn’t feeling well and really didn’t want to drink milk which was the only other choice for me at the moment) they had the delivery driver call me. He wanted to give me credit towards a future order rather than bring me the soda or give me a credit back directly to my card!
I had ordered via Foodler and told him this was unacceptable. I will not be ordering from their restaurant again. I wanted my soda or my money back. He just hung up without indicating what he would do.
The language barrier at this place is ridiculous. It took five minutes of explaining of what happened just to get them to get the driver to call. He can damn well go to a convenience store and pick me up a Sierra Mist for all I care, but offering credit of a future order when they just screwed up is not acceptable at all.
Edit: Foodler, thankfully, graciously refunded my money. Additionally the meatball pasta was heavy, overly cheesed and lacking reasonable quantities of marinara.

So, this place is horrible.
How do you mess up a burger with fries? Bread was rubbery. Fries were soggy. Burger was bland and tasteless. Dessert? Had a cheesecake. It was frozen.
At least delivery was fast?
