What can I say about guava smoke… It’s AWESOME! I’ve always passed by this stand whenever I’m at the farmers market. I don’t know why… Maybe it’s because I’m usually in and out in a matter of minutes. Well thank god I stopped in today. The Honolulu farmers market is fortunate to have this vender:)
I had about 20 minutes to burn till my bootcamp class. I was starving and my legs sped up to guava smoke. I’m not surprised that there was a long line. It was moving and I knew what I was going to order. As I finally got to the front, I asked for a guava smoked chicken salad. He gave me a stamp card for future purchases yea!
In about 5 minutes they called my name. I immediately rushed forward and gleefully picked up the food. My eyes scoured for a seat nearby. I had about ten minutes left on my clock till class.
I opened my container and it looked great. I then forked the chicken into my mouth along with the dressing and greens. It was tangy, sweet, tender and moist. Oh my goodness… I need a moment… What is in that dressing!!! I need a tub of it ASAP!!!
The nalo greens are my favorite. There was sunflower seeds and cranberries in the mix. I felt it cleansing my system from the pie of pizza I finished the other day. Well you don’t have to ask me if I’ll be back… I’ll be back!!!
