Bonfire Pizza Company uses a super hot wood burning oven to make thin crust, individual pizzas. Each pizza is hand crafted using a sourdough flatbread crust and topped with fresh ingredients. Depending on the day, the menu changes, but they will always have at least 5 – 6 choices. Traditionalist should go for the Margherita, but if you are in for an adventure, try the Pesto and Shrimp, or the Blue Onion(blue cheese and caramelized onions), or the Prosciutto and Arugula. Their pizza has a lightly crisp bottom and is so thin, you might have to fold your slice so it can hold the toppings. Find them at the Honolulu Farmers Market on Wednesdays, this is a great snack to share or dinner. Just be aware, pizzas are made to order, so if there is a line, there will be a wait.
