Awesome ribs, fried chicken and corn bread. Beyond compare.

Really disappointed in this place, just because it used to be good. Ordered here several times… The good: grilled chicken is actually seasoned decently. Their jumbo shrimp is amazing. The meh: privileged teenagers taking orders means things go wrong and no apologies. The ribs are just fine. The bad: the price isn’t good given the size of these chicken pieces. You’d think America lost a war or something. A regular, grown man will be hungry after a four piece meal, so imagine how a family tab will get into $ 50 with no leftovers and hungry adults at the table. Nah. The inexcusable: their website. Their online ordering. The fact that I couldn’t cancel an online order and when I tried to call their number to cancel, I heard someone pickup and hang up immediately, only to be followed by busy signals the five or six times I tried again. Owners of this business: spend more money on staffing. They’ll prevent people from going elsewhere. It ain’t the 50s anymore… we have options, and you lose out. People looking for great chicken: Bourbon BBQ on Goffle, the new House of Burrito and Chicken in Waldwick, and for the fancy people try Le Bön Croix in Ridgewood. Also, Lee Garden in Waldwick kills it with their spare ribs. One star. Extra star for the history.

I got the 15 piece Buffalo wing meal. A coworker recommended this place and I may never take his recommendations again. The number one problem was the size of the wings. These are easily the tiniest«wings» I’ve ever seen. None were larger than two inches and barely had any meat on them. The fries had that coating that has become so popular(I’m not a fan), and the bread was just a cold dinner roll. All for $ 9.25. Unfortunately, I got the«mild» sauce which is just barbecue sauce, as best I can tell. I used to work at a restaurant that did the same thing. Super disappointing.

Fabulous! The ribs are slow cooked and fall right off the bone. The chicken was cooked just right and not drowned in sauce. The place is very small and only serves takeout. They take their food very seriously and the prices are quite reasonable.

Chicken and rib crib is my go to fast food spot! It is expensive and the food is just GOOD! I have not had a bad experience at the establishment. My favorite is the 2X2 which includes 2 pieces of chicken and 2 ribs served with fries for a responsible price, the popcorn shrimp is also a must. They are also super amazing with delivery which is a plus in my book.

Excellent food service and quality. This location is a step above the others I have been to. Can’t tell you what’s good because everything is good! They even do catering!

Ah, the Chicken and Rib Crib. When I first heard the name I was totally against ordering food from them but I must say, their ribs definitely get an A+. Also, I think Mondays they have pizzas for half price, can’t go wrong. The girls at the register are usually not all together, but that’s a small price to pay for really good ribs. Their other food is pretty good but basically all fried, so it is what it is. Delivery definitely takes forever but who cares, if you’re in a rush go to McDonalds. When you’re in the mood for food that will slowly kill you, chicken and rib crib is the place to go.

AREYOUFRICKINKIDDINGME! This is probably one of the worst places I ever ate at. THEWINGSARETHEWORST I EVERHADINMYLIFE! The wings are mutant pigeon wings approx 1.5 inch’s long with no meat and HORRIBLE! they look infected with some strange plague. You can even find baby chick(more likely pigeon) feathers on them. The pizza is a frozen(tree tavern style-found in the frozen food isle and cost about 3 dollars) and is disgusting. The ribs are the biggest joke of this place, thats where I am asking AREYOUFRIGGINKIDDINGME! ask the server or the person you are ordering from what kind of ribs they are, are they spare ribs?.. NO are they Baby back ribs… SO are they pork… I dont know. Are they beef… I dont know. Answer! They are Raliegh Ribs, What the heck is a Raliegh rib??? It must be from some animal we don’t want to know what it comes from, kind of like Appplebee’s riblets that are actually backbone. I had fried fish fillets from the place on good Friday, A bunch of us ordered it, It smelled like dead fish that was bloated and floating on the lake for a week. We tossed it out and went without lunch.

The wings are so small, they should not be served. Absolutely embarrassing. PETA should be contacted these guys are cutting wings off baby chicks. Oh and the«overstuffed» chicken philly wrap is shameful. A burrito from Taco Bell is bigger and has more meat. Yes, I did call to discuss with the staff and management. For the record, they are«known for their small wings» and have received multiple complaints.

Ordered the 6×6 combo. Got 3 pc bbq chx, 3 pcs fried chicken, 6 ribs and 6 rolls. 2 sides also. M Good deal for tasty chicken. I’ve eaten here many times. Always tasty fresh hot crispy chicken. Prices are a little expensive but it’s not KFC

I really like this location. I always order the plain wings and my son gets the Radioactive wings. I have to say they are a bit on the small size. The French fries are nice and crispy.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Very wide selection of food. Among the best fried chicken you can find in the area. Aside from their large selection of ribs, chicken, and seafood, they also have plenty of delicious appetizers. Perfect for any lover of comfort food. I recommend the Mac and Cheese bites and the Cajun fries; they are to die for. No problems in terms of delivery so far.

Despite the name of the restaurant, the ribs are pretty sub par. They’re small and the bones are soft for some reason and you risk eating it along with the meat, which is disgusting. The fried chicken leaks grease and is also not that good. The boneless wings are cooked much better, so I would stick with those. The French fries are low quality and even more greasy than the chicken, but are essentially Crack and you’ll find yourself wanting more after you finish. The fish filet sandwich is pretty good, and the burger is surprisingly halfway decent. Sometimes the food takes an hour or longer to get to your house, so it’s delivered lukewarm. However the delivery guys are extremely friendly.

I’ve been to all the local Chicken and Rib Crib’s…even going back 20 years. All have great food, but the Mahwah Crib stands out with even better tasting ribs and quality service. A true staple in the Mahwah community. The ENTIRE staff is friendly and a good group of people. Their location is incredibly clean. Easy to order to go, pickup or delivery. Parking is never an issue. Great for catering. Mahwah Chicken & Rib Crib is always a top weekly pick in my house every Tuesday as wings are only $ 0.40 each!

Pro tip: Only order if you can pick it up, otherwise you will always be waiting at least an hour for delivery. I like this place and their ribs and chicken are always pretty good. I do think their menu system needs to be revamped though to include new items. The rolls are really crappy as well. Good sauces though.

I visit this place every time I go up to Rockland County to see family! I love their great customer service and their food. My favorite is the loaded potato skins with bacon, cheese and sour cream, yummy!

Chicken rib & crib is a favorite at work. We order lunch from this location every other month. It would be more frequent if they delivered. I always order chicken tenders dinner with fries. Absolutely love it! Always consistent. Much better than any fast food places. Fried chicken, zucchini sticks, ribs, pop corn shrimp seems to be a popular choice with others.

I’ve been eating from this franchise since I was a kid when I lived in Garfield and there was a chicken and rib crib there, this is easily the worst one I’ve tried. Now for one they all do things different ways, I’m used to the tenders at the Hawthorne location this location uses very skimpy pieces and are tiny in comparison. That’s really not what upset me about the food though, on two different occasions I’ve ate here figuring maybe they were just off that day so had gave it another shot and they did NOT prevail. On both occasions I ate at this location I got very sick, I literally had to take a nap because I was so violently ill, my friend also got really sick, same symptoms so I knew it wasn’t just me. Do yourself a favor drive an extra 15 or 20 mins and head to the Hawthorne location I’ve frequented there for years and they are always on point and have less on their menu but their quality is top notch/consistent every time.

Two years later my first review stands but with a few additions. Fried Chicken — Great fried chicken simple as that. Possibly the best fried chicken I have seen, great fries… great wraps, great potatoes. What they do well. they do outstanding! There has been one time(and one time only) where they did not fully fry the batter and a handful of times when it was less crispy than I would have liked, none the less it is the best fried chicken I have had ANYWHERE. The best deal on the menu is also getting harder to find, they no longer advertise the deal on their website and you have ask for it over the phone by name. The best deal is the Twin Peaks Special which is 2 full large breasts fried with a roll and your choice of side for $ 6.99. Ribs — The ribs are good, if you can’t cook your own and have a craving this will due fine but they overcooked and small and not cheap at all. Wraps & Sandwiches — The wraps are great and a huge hit with the guys at the office. Try the chicken parm wrap and save on some carbs! They are all fantastic, fresh and tasty. Salads — The surprise here is that they have the best salad of any place we know. Fresh crispy romaine hearts, the salads are out of this world and very very fresh. Wings — These wings taste great and on tuesdays are $.40/each … but I don’t know what midget chickens they use because they are the smallest wings in the world. That said, their sauce is addictive although a little sweet for my tastes. Delivery times can run a little long during peak hours but they seem efficient and food comes hot. This is one of the best delivery places in the area and with the additional quality of some fairly healthy fare(i.e. salads and wraps) this is the go to place for our office and my home.
