We used Kathy at the suggestion of a co-​worker and are SO GLAD we did. We recently purchased our 2nd (and hopefully last) home. We used Kathy to sell our existing home and to purchase our new home. The purchase of our new home was a lengthy and incredibly frustrating process (5 counter-​offers were exchanged) with some challenging sellers. Kathy did a great job of finding a home that fit our family, and was there for us whenever we needed her, whether it was during the negotiation process, or after the offer was accepted. She was with us every step of the way.
She provided insightful advice about staging our home (it sold in 3 days and for more than our asking price).
She has great contacts for home inspectors, handymen, etc.
We wouldn’t want to work with any other realtor.
