Very disappointed in the customer service I received. I called them 2 weeks ago about my broken washer, they sent someone out to look at it. They told me they would order the part, and it would take 2 weeks, but it would be expensive and they told me… «you should just buy a new washer…» 3 times, and I explained I could not afford a new washer, nor did I want to buy a new washer, I was pleased with the one I currently own. Well I’ve waited the 2 weeks for my part, NO CALL, no contact from the business, so I call to check on the status on the part & was informed that it was going to be at least another 6 weeks, with no guarantee that it would be here after the 6 weeks. She also had to inform me again… «that I should just buy a new washer»…are you serious? I definitely won’t be buying one from here if I do. Maybe put a little more consideration in for your customers next time & then they might be more inclined to buying that new washer you keep trying to push on them.

This is the place if you are moving and looking for reasonably priced slightly used or refurbished appliances. The hubby and I scored on a washer and dryer for four hundred bucks. The service rep Ellie was exceptionally helpful when I told her I wasn’t looking to spend a fortune on a washer and dryer. So she took me to their used selection across the street next to the post office. That was when I came across a barely used well taken care of washer and dryer combo for $ 400.00 Big score!

Can’t say enough good about this fourth-​generation family business, both for sales and for service. Their repair technicians have decades of experience and are full of industry knowledge and trustworthy recommendations. Over seven years we’ve purchased a range, dishwasher, washer and dryer and bar refrigerator for our home, and several appliances for our rental units. Their installation is thorough and careful and they are always on time.

I have ayways used these guys for technical repair assistance and they were spot on with their advice every time. This time I need a new washer and dryer. Jim gave me his honest opinion on all the brands and options and based on my need directed me to the Speed Queen line. These are the Sherman Tanks of the industry w/​a 3 year factory warrranty! The numerous reviews confirmed my selection. I dont know about you, but all I need is a few cycles a couple of water options and long term reliability. They offer installation and will haul away of your old units too. I would have given 6 stars but that optioin was not available.

Check here first! I was looking all over for an over-​the-​range microwave. Then I remembered Massetti Appliance. Had just what I wanted for $ 200. Great people. They support community organizations.

I have outfitted my house with their deals since I moved to town years ago. Don’t know why I never reviewed them. Their place is divided into to two buildings; scratch and dent and new. Start in the new items floor, find what your looking for then ask if they have it at the scratch and dent store a block away. They have a very knowledgeable repair guy, Berry, that is a wiz at repairs but, at a reasonable price (home calls).
I had an issue with a new washer and they just brought a new, higher end model and swapped it out and let me keep the upgrade. Probably because I have been a loyal customer.

Today they delivered my new refrigerator. Brian is always excellent to work with and got that 750lb unit in the house without a scratch. Highly recommend. This is my second major purchase from them (bought a bed 4 years ago) and couldn’t be happier!
