We had spent well over $ 6,000 dollars there over the past year with all new kitchen appliances, TVs, etc. and with reasonably good service. I bought a surround system that wouldn’t work and we had a drawn out illness in the family to handle. When my wife went to take it back they said it was five days too late and were extremely nasty. The manager, Meisha Hughes, was arrogant, belligerent, and displayed every trait of a manager WAYOUT of their league in job performance. When asked her supervisor’s name she replied, «It doesn’t matter because they all report to me from corporate». We are calling corporate anyway to try to get it resolved. The irony is we were going in this weekend to buy a mattress set!
