Cox Residential Digital Solutions Store

I haven’t been served yet but the efficiency of this store is EXCELLENT!!! Today there is a huge change in the way customers will receive their cable service which means if you even have the basic service (cable straight from the wall to the TV) you will need a box, which they have dubbed the «mini box». Of course with today being the last day and this change taking place after the New Years everyone is here on the day the change takes effect.
Nevertheless with everyone being in this store is it super efficient. Customers are being called for assistance back to back. They are being water and candy to the customers that are waiting and getting people out the store with all of their concerns addressed. Although the change is a pain. They are making nearly seamless with making this transition less annoying.
This is customer service at it finest!
