I come in today 2÷5÷2016 because I couldn’t make it to Philly connection and I was like what the hell subway is running the $ 6 deal for footlongs. The restaurant was clean and there were a couple people eating sandwiches. I haven’t been here in 8 months; idk what has happened since then but I received the best customer service from a nubian named Quo, SHEWASOUTSTANDINGAND I TOLDHER I THOUGHTSHEWASOUTSTANDING, and tipped for the stellar service. What I didn’t like was that she was busting her rump making my order of 2 footlongs and a salad, there were 2 ladies waiting behind me, and Quo had to tell the 2 people standing around chatting it up to help. One guy was doing paperwork and was talking to the boss or whomever it was to get the deposit. But the other guy doing nothing idk if he was on break, off, or what but he didn’t budge when Quo requested help. The person who stepped up to the plate was a young lady with a red weave and she was very happy to assist the ladies waiting. I thought that was impressive because some people give straight attitude when asked to do their job these days. if this was the type of customer service I received in the beginning 8 months ago, I would have never wrote such a bad review, and given 1 star. Quo diffinitely made my experience worth while. Happy subway has stepped it up since my last visit.(2) 12 inch sandwiches,(1) salad,(6) cookies,(1) bottled coke, and(1) bag of chips will set you back about $ 24.xx and some odd change. When I got home everyone was pleased with their food and that’s what matters! Great job subway… I hope this level of customer service continues!

Subway is what it is: a last resort when in search of a sandwich. You don’t go to Subway, you end up there. No one will ever tell you, «man, I found this great sub place…» I’ve always been amused by their slogan: eat fresh. There’s absolutely nothing fresh about the place. All the food is as heavily processed, pre-packaged and prepared as it gets. Everything comes frozen, pre-sliced, and bagged. Even the«fresh-baked bread» comes in frozen strips that are just dumped into the bread molds. Baking the bread in store is the oldest gimmick in the business meant to create the illusion that things are prepared by scratch. Bottom line, it’s cheap, filling, and reasonably good for you. You can’t discredit the franchisee for investing in the cheapest and easiest franchise out there. Money is money, right? The above is a stipulation – my review of this location is to give credit to the franchisee for a well-run store. The staff is friendly-as-hell and reasonably fast. If you need a quick lunch in a pinch, the service at this Subway will make you feel better about wasting a lunch on this bottom-of-the-barrel sub franchise.

This is the best sub shop I have ever frequented. They lay on the toppings with such mass. Happy, friendly people working the counter.

I am not a huge Subway fan but do like to indulge once in awhile. My favorite location is on Floyd Rd however I live much closer to the Mableton location and this is only the second time I’ve stopped in and both times my experience was mediocre. The employees are definitely not so enthusiastic, its more like they want you outta there asap.LOL. I never dine in anyway, but still. my issue is when its time to have your sub dressed with condiments, they act as though its such a pain. I usually order the seafood sub on flat-bread toasted with chipotle sauce(light), light onions, light lettuce, tomatoes, oregano, pepper and black olives. Well when we got to the olives, the problem started. I love olives and at the Floyd Rd location they pile em on:-), but at this location they were skimpy and told me they could not give me more? I’m like *blink blink*? really?!?, the toppings don’t cost extra unless its like avocado AND I also wanted some of that, but was told«they»(the avocado’s) would be in the next day? *Blink*…really?!? Ok so the lady didn’t want to cut up any fresh ones and it was only like 6pm so they weren’t closing. I should have insisted but just didn’t. I know avocado’s turn quickly once peeled but she should have made the effort since I am the customer. I think I will simply visit my usual Floyd Rd location, they don’t mind giving up the veggies.

Subway is normally my last choice for a sub. This one is right next to a Publix and theirs are far superior. Yes, it’s a foot long, but there’s only a couple of slices of meat and they rely heavily on condiments for flavor. With that said, I had an amazing experience here. Apparently my grandmother is a big fan and we stopped here on our way back from running errands in Austell. The subs are mediocre. The employees are awesome. My grandmother is a very young 84. She likes to ask a lot of questions and probably repeats herself sometimes. It doesn’t bother me because I love her(and she acts 15 years younger). Someone working at a sub shop could probably get frustrated. Not here. They were patient, pleasant, and way nicer than they had to be. I appreciated it.
