Mike has set the bar to which other businesses should strive towards as far as professionalism, customer service, expertise, and well… Integrity. We did a complete remodel on our home and had an interesting experience with a previous granite installer for an earlier project and so we were quite apprehensive with working with others.
We had done quite a bit of shopping around and looking and then I turned to Unilocal to find some potential companies to work with. Boy, did my fellow Unilocalers help me out and we could not be more pleased.
Jenna and Mike are a breath of fresh air — almost «old school» in their business practices. And they are genuinely nice people. The process to view and select quartz was smooth, Mike came out and provided an estimate for cost, and then, it was ready for installation, EXACTLY when he said it would be. His team was super professional and flexible with their schedule to accommodate ours. The workmanship was superb and our kitchen looks great! We quickly looped back with him to help us finish the hearth on our fireplace.
I have already advised all of my co-​workers and friends that if they ever need granite or quartz in their home, that Integrity Stonework is the place to go.
This young couple has great things ahead for them. I’ve never seen such a busy and hard working guy!

If you are looking for a counter top super hero, choose Mike Cooper.
I’ll be honest. When it comes to contracting work on my home, I’m a nit-​picking perfectionist. I have ridiculously strong opinions about what I want and borderline unrealistic standards about the finished look. Not surprisingly, I have a hard time finding ordinary human contractors who can live up to my high expectations.
That being said, Mike Cooper totally rescued me from the sea of average contractors. From our first meeting to discuss my project to the final install, every aspect of Mike’s process and professional manner was spot on. He pays close attention to detail, communicates well, and follows through on all phases of the job.
His wife, Jenna, was also a huge asset to the project. I spent several hours with her in the Lynnwood showroom, mulling over design options and bouncing ideas off her. Her knowledge, flexibility and listening skills are also off the charts.
I love, love, LOVE my new counter tops. Not only are they beautiful, but every detail of their craftsmanship and installation is immaculate.
When it comes to stone counter tops, Mike Cooper is the best there is at what he does.

If I could give Mike and crew 10 stars I would. He is professional, fair, and has great customer service. He says he is going to call you — he does. He says he is going to be there — he shows up on time. Not a lot of contractors do that.
I had bought some tile i loved and picked the Quartz counter based on tile stores recommendation. As Mike was putting in tile he asked me to look at it. I wanted to love it but it clashed with the counters. Mike took it off the backsplash and I followed him to the showroom. If you haven’t been there you are missing out. Beautiful and you can really see the materials. Mike suggested several tiles and checked availability right then. What is amazing is that he still squeezed me in his schedule to tile and grout before Christmas.
I love love love my counters and backsplash. I intend to have them work on my bathrooms next.
You can’t go wrong with Integrity Stonework — Mike and crew are AWESOME!!!

I got very lucky that my contractor knows so many great people. When it came time to install the counters for my mom’s kitchenette, Integrity was the only person he gave me the number for. Mike and his helper were professional, clean, and respectful of a home with a toddler and a disabled mother. The counters were beautiful and the additional shelf, built from the remnants of the slab looks fantastic and really ties it all together. I showed Mike the upstairs counters and how the seam had seperated, asked him how much to fix someone else’s sloppy work, it was done before they left, free 100% better. These are the guys to hire.

We had a fantastic experience working with Integrity Stonework. We have dealt with many contractors during the remodel of our bathroom and Integrity Stonework was hands down the best and easiest to work with. Once we picked the countertop we wanted it was cut and installed within a couple of days. They were flexible in working with our schedule and went out of their way to make sure we had a great finished product. I’ve been doing a down-​to-​the-​studs remodel of a 1902 house in the middle of this crazy building boom where it’s been an exercise in patience and frustration to hire, communicate, and get timely, quality work done. Out of the many, many people I’ve worked with, Integrity Stonework is only one of two companies that have made this process a pleasure.
Mike was responsive, communicative and a delight to work with. He and his team accommodated my dicey schedule (delays on cabinetry installation), came in the moment everything was in place, and had the entire thing done in a *week*! I now have a beautiful soapstone counter top and backsplash, that makes me smile every time I see it.
I wish they could have done my entire remodel! Their cheerful attitudes and hard work were so nice to have in the midst of all the other chaos in the house.
If I ever have stone needs again, I won’t hesitate to hire Integrity Stonework.

I am part of a facebook group called Edmonds moms which is how I got connected to the owners wife and she helped get me my beautiful quartz countertops in just 1 week. 1 week people and right before Thanksgiving. Here is my story:
I need to give a HUGE shout out to an amazing company that came through for me, Integrity Stonework. About a week ago I really, really needed kitchen countertops. We had demonlished our kitchen and put in new cabinets and found ourselves without a sink and dishwasher and we had not even shopped for countertops yet. And let me tell you with 3 little girls this is a necessity.
So Sunday night on Nov. 14th I turned to Edmonds moms and asked if they knew of a great place to get quartz countertops and Jenna private messaged me. Her husband owns Integrity Stonework on 196th st across from Olive Garden. They are closed on Mondays but she met with me and had all the quartz samples I wanted to see out when I got there and it was literally the least stressful shopping experience ever. And I had all 3 of my girls with me. After I picked out my quartz her husband was at my house just a couple hours later taking templates of my kitchen cabinets and the next day he bought my quartz. Well today, Nov 24, the countertops were installed and they are beautiful. They came through BIG time and I have countertops in just 1 week and right before Thanksgiving. This company is amazing and if you need quartz, granite or any other kind of stonework done I say use them!!! The best part is that I facebook messaged with Jenna through the whole process which made it go so quickly and I got all of my questions answered at all hours of the day and it just made everything go soo smoothly. Seriously use this company which is run by a local family in our area. And their showroom is cool too.

I should be jealous that another man has made my wife so happy. She’s over the moon with her new kitchen and bathroom countertops. She literally hugs them everyday. Now I don’t have to hear that we’ve never had nice counters in any of the houses we’ve lived in.
Although I did very little work, I take full credit for picking out the stone. Mike and my wife did all of the set up. They even narrowed it down to three choices of materials for me (none of which I picked– last minute change of mind at the stone yard as they were closing). They took care of everything. Mike was also quick to respond via call or text whenever my wife panicked and thought of new questions (which was often). He even worked everything out so that we could squeeze in getting the counters while our parents where in town so they could see.
Stand up customer service and quality. There’s a reason why this guy has stunning reviews. He has earned every bit of praise!

So glad we decided to go with Integrity Stonework to do our counters. From the get-​go, Mike was incredibly professional and amazing to work with. I emailed him on a Sunday and he responded within an hour, unlike some of the other vendors I emailed who still haven’t ever gotten back to me! He came out the next day as I recall and measured the counter for me to give me an estimate, and also showed me a number of samples to choose from. (Some of the other places I talked to wanted me to upload a measured out version of the counter to their website for an estimate.) We had planned to do the tear-​out of our old counters ourselves, but Mike was able to push up the date of our installation and offered to do the tear-​out for us to make it easier. The price was comparable to other places I checked out, and the quality of the experience and product was much higher. Our new quartz counters are beautiful! I would recommend Integrity Stonework to anyone (and in fact already have to 2 friends). Mike is the BEST!

Mike was awesome from start to finish. My wife and I got a great vibe from him the first time we met him. We’d been to a couple other places, all fine, but we liked Mike, and he had the best pricing also.
Signed him up to do the project, he was out in a couple days to template our kitchen… and due to some fortunate delays in his other jobs… we got bumped on the priority list. We literally had our new countertops installed in less than a week (order confirm to install).
The countertops are perfect. My wife is super happy… and that means so am I!

After a few disappointing visits to the big box stores, we found Mike and Integrity Granite after a search on Unilocal.He came and gave us a quote the very next day and beat the competition on price and install dates. Michael has installed slab granite in my kitchen and business front office. The experience was seamless. The installation at my business did not interrupt daily operations. I just came to work and there it was. At home he was so ultra helpful in the whole process. We have enjoyed our counter-​tops for years now and have referred many friends and family members who have been equally as happy with his professionalism and expertise.
