Sarni Cleaners of Greater Boston, Inc

I just moved to Lynnfield and dropped off some dry cleaning to this location and am currently experiencing a horrible situation with this company. I am a first time customer here and am extremely unhappy. Last week i dropped off three pairs of dress pants to be dry cleaned. When I leave I look at the receipt and realize it’s $ 40 and some change. Seemed high to me. When I go to pick up the pants today At 1pm they have not arrived yet and was told to come back after 3pm. I also ask about the high bill. The woman states charged me for the classic care. I asked why and she asked if the woman who was working asked If I wanted that service, I said «No» She said that was strange and I should call the manager, but she works on Friday.
So I call the Cleaners at 4:30pm and asked if the clothes arrived, the woman said the truck dropped off but my pants aren’t at the store. She gave me some excuse about a piece of equipment braking and some clothes weren’t cleaned yet. I told the woman on the phone I need these pants for work tomorrow, she said to call manger Friday for some type of credit.
I am surprised that I am going through this with such a well known local company. I am familiar with them, having been in my old neighborhood in Boston.
Between being over charged without my consent and the delay on my clothes (Should not take a week for dry cleaning), looks like I will be using Anton’s in Lynnfield as my go to for dry cleaning.
