At Wayne Alarm we sell a life style, full security as connected as you like with remote access systems and email and text notification of signals as they happen or scheduled reports if you prefer.

Our state of the art Monitoring Center is staffed 24 hours a day seven days a week with all operators CSAA Certified. We have been a CSAA Five Diamond certified station since 2003. We strive to maintain high standards of continuing training for all our staff. We maintain current UL listings and FM approvals to ensure our monitoring center meets the highest standards in the industry.

History

Established in 1972.

Wayne Alarm Systems was born back in 1967 when founder and President Ralph Sevinor’s parents home was broken into. Seeing how much this traumatic event affected his family, Ralph decided to build an alarm system to protect their home from ever being broken into again.

As word spread throughout the neighborhood, Ralph began to install systems for friends, family members and more;spreading the peace of mind he provided his parents with to others.

Officially opened as a business in 1972, Wayne Alarm Systems has been providing that same peace of mind to home and business owners of Massachusetts with electronic security and life safety services.

We strive to provide a truly exceptional customer experience by putting client needs first and focusing on providing the highest level of protection and life safety possible.

«When I was 12, my parents home was robbed…»

In 1967, the home of Wayne Alarm Systems President and CEO Ralph W. Sevinor was robbed, leaving Ralph and his family feeling traumatized, violated, and vulnerable.

«I saw what it did to my family. It was emotional for my mother especially because her personal jewelry were stolen.»

It was then when Ralph unknowingly started his career by giving back the peace of mind to other families and companies whose sense of safety and security had been stolen from them.

At the young age of 12, Ralph utilized his passion and knowledge for electronics and technology to design and build his own alarm in his parent’s basement.

«It was a trial and error process. I didn’t even know if it was going to work.»

By the second time around, he had an alarm that was in commission. Family and friends saw what Ralph Wayne had created and wanted in. Thirteen years later, after studying electrical engineering at Wentworth and Northeastern and working nights
