Not my ideal place to go. They don’t really have a good selection, but they are good in price kinda… All that being said… Trust me… This place is ok… But I prefer other shops than this one.

Very nice and friendly and knowable, my problem is you can’t test the juice before paying but other than that great place and it is convenient

Mass Vapors is a great store and the prices are awesome. Joey F.‘s review is unfair. He’s comparing prices from eBay and online juice prices. Sorry you didn’t do your homework before purchasing dude but mark up is how business works.
Ask yourself if you came out knowing more about vaping than you did before you walked in? Did they recommend a decent set up for your skill level and budget? (If you bought it, it was within your budget regardless of hindsight) did you get to taste or smell the juices before buying? Did you have to wait for shipping? Joey F.‘s review says they were friendly and knowledgable, how does your misunderstanding of business practice warrant a 1 star rating?
I only buy flavors if I can try them, hate waiting for shipping, and like it when they pull my juices for me when I walk through the door. Businesses have rent, utilities, and employees to pay. They HAVE to charge you more than eBay to stay afloat.
You are not saving money if you’re buying online and and up giving away/​not vaping your juices cause they didn’t taste like what you thought they would.
Let’s compare apples to apples. There are lots of vape shops out there that are smoke shops or head shops with one case full of vaping supplies. There are also plenty of vaping shops that sell garbage for juices and sell ego pens because the owners got into vaping last week. Massvapors sells a huge variety of juices from different juice companies, various gauges of atomizer wire, wicks, mech mods, box mods, starter kits, and batteries at prices comparable to surrounding stores.
Keep up the good work guys! The good brick and mortar shops in the area earn my business and I haven’t bought juices online since they opened.

Excellent selection, fair pricing, but above all, the staff here are the most professional and courteous people ever. They help you find exactly what you want, give you the real scoop on whether a product is good or not, and really do care about your needs. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

I’ve been vaping for some time now recently learned about this place. My newfound knowledge coincided with a desire to purchase a new, better quality battery to use with my new, better quality KangarTech Protank 2.
At first I just showed my old battery and asked if they had something similar that fit my new tank. It was kind of a test for their definition of customer service.
Most people, like the guys at smoke everywhere at Northshore appear to define customer service by suggesting shit you don’t want or need, overcharging you for that shit, and lying to your face telling you you’re getting a great deal. I’m not a fan of that model. I don’t want to deal with that drama.
The dude helping me out at Mass Vapes offered a very reasonably priced, higher quality battery to match the tank. Nothing fancy. No up-​sell. No bullshit. Exactly what I asked for and nothing more or less. I ended up getting something else anyway but I felt more comfortable asking for what I really wanted after learning that they conduct themselves fairly.
I get that a brick and mortar operation relies on a markup to stay in business. I only complain when its so high that it’s laughable, like the $ 20 price tag for a 20ml bottle of juice at smoke everywhere.
I’m not gonna complain that the Innokin Itaste VV battery I bought here cost me $ 40, slightly more than the $ 30 – 38 that it would’ve cost online with shipping. The guy at smoke everywhere was trying to sell me the same battery for $ 60.
In my analysis, a minor markup is ok when theres an added benefit of being able to stop by anytime for supplies and advice. That only works when the guy on the other side of the counter knows what he’s talking about.

Aside from the very fair price I paid, the dude behind the counter here was awesome and knew exactly what I wanted. He didn’t push me to buy anything, didn’t even attempt to bullshit me despite how ignorant and inexperienced I probably sounded. I’m very grateful for that experience, very happy with my purchase, and will definitely be back again.

This is the best shop of your just starting out Vaping to quit smoking cigarettes or Vaping for a hobby! The customer service is the best service I got in any Massachusetts. The knowledge that the employees know about the hardware, mods and e juice is amazing! They make it easy to understand the products your interested in buying and the nicotine levels you should be at if your just quitting cigarettes. The stores in Lynn and Allston location have online comparable prices for starter kits and mechanical mods. The juice is reasonably priced. They have large bottles 30ml and small bottles 15ml and they have every nicotine levels that for your needs to not smoke cigarettes.
If your going to visit massvapors and you know about Vaping and mechanical mods and rebuildable dripping atomizers, they have a high end selection that is incredible! They also have an affordable «clone» selection too! Which are more affordable versions of the real ones. They also have a large selection of drip tips and accessories to customize your mods, tanks, and RDA’S.
To conclude this review I would highly recommend this store to people that are just starting and vape enthusiast! Check it out if your a local to the area or visiting for vacation or business. Great products and great customer service!

These guys have everything you’ve ever wanted and they are always in stock. They are very knowledgeable and help you figure it out and put your vape together. They are modestly priced compared to other vape shops but of course they don’t have low quality stuff all top notch.

i am always a bit wary of entering this place. just like a few other reviews state. .. the general attitude of the service there is CRUMBY! the place is clean and NOW well organized. now service is where the sales come from and good service creates return customers. thai is super. .. attitude, knowledge and all, hes on point. however, the other two younger fellas that work there may need to remember that they have super job involved with a hobby they enjoy. (like if you surfed and worked in a surf shop) they could be next door slinging ice-​coffees all summer, rather, they have been fortunate enough to land a position that is not exactly terrible. a previous review states that «if youre not part of their clique, they ignore you.» now i agree with this. .. when i go in to simply pick up juice its a crap shoot as to how insignificant they will make me feel in the time i am there. body language, tone, eye contact, confidence, willingness, outgoingness, warmth, eagerness, are all things that these fellas are LACKING. they OUGHT to simply be thankful to be employed, these days!!! i feel like i am bothering them when i ask for a product behind the counter. god forbid i try to engage them in «vape jargon» which i am a novice with, or even start to compile facts about mods for a future purchase. i feel that they are terrified to exhibit they slightest bit of enthusiasm. is it uncool with the 20-​somethings these days to appear that they are involved or putting effort into their job? ive seen toll takers and meter maids that appear happier to be at work than these other two fellas. .. vape anytime? air conditioning? entertainment? good parking? i could go on about the positive aspects that I observe that one would receive as an employee there. ive been in the service industry for 25 years in two different fields. (one being restaurants, and the second would break my anonymity instantly) service isnt something that can be taught, it can be absorbed through observation, but some people just simply dont have it. not honestly, i am FORCED to shop at this location because of location. but i will YANK my almost daily visits there in an instant if these boys dont get their act together and start treating their regular client base like humans and not ignoring us. when i leave that place i have been made to feel STUPID, unworthy of vaping and like a second class citizen. they won points for fixing a situation when i was given a wrong product because they were too busy chatting between themselves to even look what they were doing. if it was a private club that charged to get in.. . i would understand the exclusive vibe they create there. .. and i WOULDNT GO IN. there are TONS of vape shops popping open everywhere, and i wont hesitate to abandon there folks and visit the others. for crying out loud. act like you want to be there at least. because a bad reputation for service, especially when people have options, will KILL your business no matter how many locations you have.

So I am updating my review and reducing the amount of stars from 4 to 2 because I feel like I was cheated. The guys at mass vapors know that I am fairly new to vaping and as a customer, I expect honest answers… Especially when I’m a returning customer and you want your customers to return. However, when I went in to mass vapors last week, I went in for a new tank (a glass one) I asked the guy there if it would hold the same amount of ejuice and his response was «oh definitely». Since purchasing the mini protank 2 I noticed I was refilling it twice as much as my old tank. I thought I was vaping a lot more but I wasn’t going through juice faster… So I decided to look online and do my own research. It turns out that the mini protank 2 only holds 1.5 ml as opposed to my old tank which held 3 ml. If they had told me this from the beginning I probably would’ve bought a different tank or an entirely new device that could support a larger tank. So while they might have thought they were getting extra money off of me by convincing me to buy this tank, they only cheated themselves cause they would’ve gotten more money for an entire new device and tank. My other review still stands… If you need a starter kit and some ejuice then they are a great place to start out. But educate yourself from there and google future products and reviews. All of my future products will be purchased online… Including ejuice.

Like others, I came into vaping because I wanted to quit smoking. I noticed that the barbers I go to vape inside their shop, and I started a discussion about it since I knew practically nothing at all about vaping, but was definitely interested (at the time of writing this, I still consider myself to be a vapor novice). He recommended Mass Vapors.
This place is right off of the Lynnway, in a plaza with ample parking. It’s a small shop with their personal vapors on display, and tons and tons of e-​liquid bottles in a huge rack on the wall, reminiscent of a gigantic spice rank.
They got me going with a Kanger Evod VV starter piece that has a variable voltage battery (2.8V — 4.8V). It came with a carrying case, one coil, one USB charger. They recommended I change the coil ($ 5 each) every 7 or so days with normal vaping. That seemed a bit excessive after doing some coil research on my own after the fact. As I mentioned, they have an enormous e-​liquid selection. Ask about and do your own research on different nicotine levels, juices come in various MGs of nicotine strength. It is so crucial that you figure out which strength works best for you. I started out with a french vanilla liquid, and have since bought other flavors like peanut butter cup for when I feel like something different. I usually just vape tobacco flavored juice, though.
In terms of customer service, the guys in there were great. They were very personable, very informing. Yes, the prices of PVs there are definitely higher than what you find online. But in this case, I needed to speak to someone about what to buy since I had no clue what I was doing. So the price difference I felt was worth it in this case. I was also impressed that some of the customers hanging out in there were also chiming in and helping me with my questions. One thing I like about the vaping community in general is that it seems to be just that, a tightly knit community, whereas you don’t get that camaraderie when it comes to smoking cigarettes.
I come back for coils and e-​liquids. I’m smoke-​free for the first time in years, I’m loving it, and I can certainly thank Mass Vapors for getting me started.

Great service when you walk in to the shop, there are a bundle of juices to choose from whether you like something fruity or maybe something similar to a dessert they have also if you want something like tobacco flavor they have it as well. they provide great advice for any new vapers also if you have any questions about stepping up to something else they are willing to assist you in finding something that would work for you. Great products from pens to mech mod and vv devices as well. Love going to Massvapors! I have a great collection of juices now as well as many different devices.

MassVapor is by far my favorite Vape shop near me, there aren’t many but Mass vapor by far has the biggest selection. They offer dozens of e-​juice brands, and probably close to 500 flavors. You will not have a problem finding something you like, the problem will be deciding which one to get! The staff is Very friendly and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and helpful on all your vape needs. They also have many different MODS and different tanks and accessories and vape upgrades. …I would defiinatly recommend MassVapor to any one who vapes, or is interested in quitting smoking, since i purchased my vape over 5 months ago and have not had 1 cigarette! And my girlfriend has been smoke free for over a year! And not to mention they have rewards prgrogram, can’t beat free stuff!

This has got to be the best vape shop in the Massachusetts. They have many variety of e-​juices and e-​cigs. They also sell mechanical mods and accessories which is a huge plus! All their products are checked out legit and I don’t know what that other person that gave it a low rating is talking about.
Highly recommend coming here for anyone that vapes or have any vaping related questions.

Service is good, people are friendly and knowledgable but…
You can find the EVOD «starter kit» for way cheaper on the internet. For what I paid for one EVOD vape pen, not in a package, with a charger (that plugs into a USB) and one coil you can get a set of two (!!!) EVODs in a sealed box with three coils, a USB charger AND the wall plug to put it in!
I was very happy with my purchase until I started looking for one for my mom and decided to look on eBay. I’m guessing they (MassVapors) are just opening packages and selling these at a very marked up price to those silly enough (me) to walk in with no prior knowledge about vaporizers or e-​juices.
You can also find the e-​juices cheaper online, about $ 4 per bottle cheaper with free shipping.
My advice if you’re curious about starting to use these products (I haven’t touched a cig for over a month now) go there, let them try to sell you and get all your info, then run out and buy it online and save a bundle. Then go back to buy e-​juice cause even though it’s pricier they do have a good selection and unlike the internet you can smell them before buying.
