Brian Noegel’s Blue Ridge Insurance is located in Lynchburg, Virginia and was started in April 2002 by Mr. Noegel. Prior to moving to Virginia, Mr. Noegel had started an Allstate insurance agency called «Cascade Pacific» in Gresham, Oregon back in 1989.

In 2000, Mr. Noegel moved to Virginia and worked with Prudential until they closed the Property Casualty division in 2002, at which time BRIS (Blue Ridge Insurance Services) was born.
