I paid to service our air conditioner but was told that since I was the tenant, I couldn’t have the write up on what was wrong with the system.
Why did I pay for this service? I should get my money back and you can charge the landlord, who you did give it to, right? I wouldn’t use this company again or recommend it to anyone.

Just today had my A/​C serviced by Lloyd’s and I was very impressed. Will, the technician, arrived an hour early, but only after I received a call approving the time change. He was the most professional, clean-​cut and polite repair/​service person I’ve had at the house since I bought it several years ago. He was careful to wipe his shoes each time he entered the home and even brought it a package for me that had been delivered. Before Will left, he explained to me what he did and the results of his tests — he also answered my questions re: the air filter placement. I received a discount for using Angie’s list, but the price was reasonable to begin with. I highly recommend Lloyd’s!

I don’t have anything bad to say about this company other than I should have used them year’s before.

We were interested in getting a UV light installed on our A/​C unit, since weather has been extremely wet & humid. The company mailed us an informational flyer over different types of systems and what the Pros/​Cons were. They were able to come out & install the UV light system & breathe Easy treatment within a reasonable time period. I have an infant in the house so I didn’t want him exposed to moldy air. I would recommend this company for their excellent customer service & quality products.

The finest company you could ever ask for, and most honest!

I have an air conditioning unit that is 11 years old. It eats capacitors like candy bars… today it was the fan motor. USE THIS COMPANY… they are polite, came out on Saturday without gouging me on the service call fee, replaced a new motor, and ended up charging me HALF of what I was expecting. Air Conditioning repair companies, as a rule, are gangsters who charge way too much because they know you have no choice., NOT Lloyds Heating and Cooling.
Honest, ethical, fair, professional and efficient. I have become a part time A/​C repairman myself with this unit in my house… I know when I’m being ripped off or if I’m getting a good deal.
This was a fair deal and a relatively painless experience…
Stop looking at some of these other crooks on this page and use Lloyds…

I emailed Lloyds late on a Saturday night asking if they could come out for an estimate on repairing my duct work. Imagine my surprise when at 9am on Sunday (yes Sunday) morning, I got a call from them saying they had an opening Monday afternoon. I quickly snagged that appointment.
I had just purchased a house, and unfortunately, I learned on Monday that my phone did not get good service in the house. Terry called a couple times and left me messages– that I didn’t get until almost an hour later. When I called him back– he was very nice and said he had gone on his next job that was nearby– and would return to me in about 15 minutes.
He spent quite a bit of time up in the attic inspecting the ductwork– and came back with a very fair price of $ 710. He seemed very knowledgable on what needed to be done– and answered all our questions. Later that week, I scheduled them to come out to do the work. The technicians that arrived were very friendly and professional. I mentioned to them about possibly having my ductwork strapped up (it was laying on the insulation)…and they ended up strapping it up, and sealing some leaks, at no extra cost! Also, I had to go to work while they were completing the repairs– so they just called me when they were almost done so I could come back and pay them.
All in all, a very great experience. I look forward to using Lloyds again. Thank you :)
