Been here twice and both times the staff is competent, polite and do their jobs well
First time I needed a flat repair on my sons car. Drove there with the donut on the front tire with a car full of kids from school and the dog.
The guys in the shop took us right in — gave a fair price and honest opinion on how the tire .This morning I needed a back up light for the truck.
Stopped in at 8 am– they had the job done in record time and again a fair price .
No need to go to another shop with your car — this is the right place.

Dumas Tires is a family owned business that is honest, truthful & fair. My tire light came on today and I drove past at least five other businesses to go straight to do it there because they are the ones I trust to give me the truth and fix it fairly & reasonably. Luckily I just needed air which they gave me for free with a smile. This is our go to place for all our vehicles!!!

Went to put tires on my dad’s car. They didn’t have the size he needed and they had to be ordered. The nice lady behind the counter ordered the tires at 9am, the tires came in that same afternoon around 1pm. I came in around 2, and they put the tires on for me within the hour.
Very nice and professional staff! They gave me a great price on the tires. I will be back again, I was very happy with the service

Honesty and great service! The Dumas family and staff are always happy to work you in for an emergency and provide careful, thorough service. I have been using them for years and they consistently provide great service every time! I highly recommend Dumas tires. They are very busy though so definitely book an appointment before going!

Dumas is a great option for tires and car car in the Lutz area. I’ve taken several vehicles there and have always had nothing but fair pricing, accurate estimates on repair time, and solid service.
Most recently I had my car in to the dealer for repair covered under warranty and I needed new brakes and tires. Dumas came in at about 60% of the cost offered by the dealer. They had my car ready exactly when they said, and I was in to pick it up, and back on the road in about 6 minutes.
Highly recommended for car care needs in the area.

Their website offers a complimentary roadside assistance on all tire or service work done at their shop. I purchased tires there because of the value of such a warranty. When I asked them about it during a tire remounting, they told me they do not offer a complimentary warranty.
Turns out that tirepros is some kind of marketing company that offers the «benefit» of arranging roadside assistance and refunding once a claim is submitted. The local shop was not aware of this and pushes their own $ per tire warranty. The shop has been rude and condescending about this since moment one and even after informing them that this program exists told me they didn’t care.

I took my CRV to this place last week to have them check my tires because I knew that something just was not right.
They are friendly and professional on the phone.
They did a thorough check and showed me the damage to my front tire and explained exactly why the car was doing what it did.
They gave me options for replacement with either a new or used tire and had me back on the road in less than a half hour.
Nice people. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
