After a terrible, terrible experience with a realtor whom I found on zillow (let’s just say this former realtor encouraged me to put $ 12k of my own money into a foreclosed house prior to closing without realizing my lender wouldn’t approve the sale), Jenn was recommended to me by a colleague. Having gone through a really disappointing first go-​round, I knew I wanted someone who would be on the same playing field, understand my concerns, and actually act on my behalf and walk me through the process as a first-​time homebuyer.
From the get go she impressed me with her thoroughness. She responded to my long list of questions with complete, thoughtful answers, which appealed to me as my primary form of communication is text and email. When we went house hunting, she wasn’t afraid to get dirty and would climb atop things to scope things out and tell me if there was something questionable about a property instead of leaving me to wander down that path myself. She was ready and available pretty much anytime I needed her, and we quickly became friends in addition to client and colleague.
Jenn helped me through the process of buying my first home, working with a very tetchy lender, and coordinating all the details necessary to make this purchase seamless. Where the previous realtor had me running around and making calls, Jenn took on the task of working with all the parties involved to make this as easy as possible for me, while still keeping me informed on all the details. I never felt like I was misunderstood or misled during the entire process, which was a tremendous improvement from the first realtor I worked with. As a first-​time homebuyer, Jenn’s expertise, patience, and ability to explain the home buying process to me was invaluable.
I would absolutely work with Jenn again and plan to do so when the time comes to find a new home. In the meantime, I have been sending her information along to anyone who asks. Jenn is patient, thoughtful, engaged, and just overall fantastic. I’m so grateful that I had that terrible first experience so I could find her and the right home for me.

Jenn was amazing resource in having our dreams come true in Maryland. My wife and I moved from New York for a job and she was able to help us find a an apartment within a week. 8 Months later we were buying our first home with Jenn. It took several years of house hunting until we found the right home. Jenn was extremely patient with us and readily available to show us a home as soon as it hit the market on day 1. Our search started in Baltimore County then Carroll County which Jenn was very knowledgable on both. We became very close with Jenn with all the time we spent looking at homes that our 1 year old son was even familiar with her! Our experience with Jenn was superb and would recommend her to anyone!
