I started in the business in 2003 as a Real Estate Investor. Became a Realtor in 2008 and since then have consistently ranked in the Top 3 among the ~100 agents with Cummings & Co Realtors.

I got into the real estate business after spending years as a real estate investor, buying/​selling/​renting properties in the area. I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers, but buyers — especially first time buyers — are the most enjoyable for me because I remember how nervous and anxious I was when my wife and I bought our first home in 2002. I use that experience to help guide buyers through the process as easily and painlessly as possible. I also use my own past successes and missteps as an investor and homeowner to help assist my clients into getting their transaction complete and getting them the best deal possible.

Treating customers with respect, valuing their time and being the most responsive agent around has helped me to achieve success both for myself, and my clients.

As a native Baltimorean, I know this city; and as someone who has lived all over the metro area (Towson, Loch Raven, Joppa, White Marsh, Belair-​Edison) I can help you no matter where you are looking!
