Definitely solid. I always compare Lupitas to places like Anna’s or Pepe’s, and I don’t feel like they are as good. I think the main difference would be flavor. I feel like Lupitas could season their menu a bit better(especially the refried beans). But as I said, definitely a solid option for authentic Mexican fare, especially in Lowell.

This location opened a few weeks ago. This was my first time and I can’t wait to go back and try some of their other options. I had two tacos and a huarache. I was in a rush so I took it to go but I definitely want to sit down and eat there next time. Yes, there are tables to sit and enjoy your yummy Mexican feast. Service was excellent, very friendly. Parking is a pain… But it’s expected, as it is University Ave. Can’t wait to be back!
