One of the manager’s Sean is AWESOME! Friendly staff and are very generous on portions. One of the employees, Brennan, is amazing. Great place!

This was the first time I went to Moe’s and I was very disappointed. The service was terrible. They were incredibly slow. I have to other assembly line type restaurants when they were crowded and never had to wait like this. I almost walked out and I consider myself a pretty patient person. To top off the experience, the Coke machine wasn’t working so I couldn’t get anything other than diet drinks– my son doesn’t like diet. Instead of changing out the syrup, the girl behind the counter was like«oh I guess it’s out». I may try another Moe’s but not this one. Very poor.

I will say I love moes, however this moes has the slowest service, and always seems to run out of sides. They seem to be understaffed every time we go in. We watched 4 people leave the line and go elsewhere before we did the same.

My family loves Moe’s in Westborough and Shrewsbury but this Moe’s was the slowest service we ever had! Waited in line for 30 mins. Should have gone next door to Panera or Five Guys

This particular Moe’s is consistently understaffed during the lunch hour. They typically only have one person making burritos/meals for customers waiting in line at the store while other employees are working the register or preparing online orders. Takes about 20 minutes to move through a line of 4 customers.

Good but sometimes burrito’s aren’t wrapped correctly. Much better, and more choices than a place like Chipotle, they have more than just chicken, they had ground beef, steak(I believe) and a few other things, as well as more condiments. Just it really depends on how much you put it your burrito, sometimes they don’t know to double wrap them or not, and it will fall apart. Make sure to get a fork.

I still love going to my local Moe’s, but I do feel the need to note an important change. When this location opened a few years ago the service was consistently good. Things nowadays are different. I’ve gone and received great food that was very thoughtfully prepared. I’ve also received food that was thrown together, ingredients not distributed at all. Nothing worse than a bite of cilantro followed by a bite of sour cream. It’s an uncomfortable situation to be on the ordering side of the bar and see that the person making your meal doesn’t care.

Moe’s is probably one of my favorite fast food mexican restaurants. Mostly because their queso is amazing. The prices are reasonable, the menu is pretty good and you can pretty much put whatever kind of topping you want on your burrito. Staff is generally very pleasant and quick and the salsa bar is pretty awesome. The only issue I have with this location is it’s usually a HOTMESS. The whole food station is the sloppiest mess I’ve ever seen. Maybe its the hour we usually go, which is around dinner time and they just haven’t had a second to clean up but christ, clean it up a bit it almost ruins your appetite seeing beans and rice and various meat pieces flung around back there.

The doug wrong is by far the best in my opinion. Staff is always upbeat and smiley. I enjoy coming here when I’m craving mexiican. «Welcome to moes! »

The best burrito joint ever. This place has way more ingredients to choose from than Chipotle and Qdobo. I love their Monday specials. $ 6 any burrito with a drink included.

I’ve been there twice now in the past month… always clean… Or quickly cleaned up after a rush… I love that I don’t have to YELL my order like I have too at Chipotle. The food is very good… I get the chicken. and the last few times I’ve eaten at Chipotle. the chicken is fatty with tendons… Moe’s very good no fat… staff are friendly… very young. But fun… I like that they serve tofu so I can go with my sister and best friend… Yes it is pricy.13 $ for burrito bowl and drink… But I always have a hard time finishing my food there is so much… Maybe the chips aren’t free. they are included in the price… But I still recommend. Parking is ok… big lot…

I’m from San Diego, so naturally, I’m an authority on burritos. The problem with burritos in New England or anywhere more than 1,000 miles from Mexico is that every place that serves them follows the«Chipotle Method» of serving the burrito fillings from catering-style heated steel buckets, and then wrapping the burrito in foil. Burritos are not meant to be wrapped in foil, and you have to fry the burrito fillings on the flat grill really quick so that the fillings are piping hot and not full of juices that run down your arms as you eat the burrito, throw it all in the tortilla with some cheese(which melts), throw on some guac and sour cream or anything else you want, pour hot sauce on every bite. I will say that this restaurant is better than Chipotle because the ingredients seem a little better and they have salsa verde and other salsas in their salsa bar, which chipotle does not have. Prices are higher than Chipotle, though, so beware. I got a burrito w guacamole and extra steak and it was $ 13. The good thing about this location is it is right next to Walmart so you can do some quick shopping after. Another plus = free wifi. Can’t wait to go back to SD and eat a Lolita’s California Burrito. F this ish i’m goin home.

The place is a chipotle wanna be. Prices are high along with the attitude of the staff. My buddy did not want sour cream on his burrito and before he could say it the white stuff was already on it. he mentioned it he did not want it and the girl with a grown faced got his gloves in the burrito to remove and while doing took out half the chicken with it. True customer service would just make a new one with a smile. Two stars only because they give chips(ready from bag) with salsa along with all sides. they have a salsa bar with like 5 — 6 salsa which is decent at best. Yeah i would rather stay with chipotle or Qdoba.

I love walking in there and being greeted with a warm«welcome to moe’s!» The burritos there are so fresh and always huge. They let you pack in whatever ingredients you want, without limits and the staff usually fills the burrito with generous portions. My go-to is a pork homewrecker(one huge-a$$ burrito) but I have also tried their chicken ranch quesadilla(yum!) and their burrito bowls. I love their food and salsa bar, chips and queso are a must as well! You’ve got to check it out on Moe Mondays when you can get a whole meal, any size burrito, for only $ 6! Its a great deal and a great place to grab a quick lunch!

The Nitty Gritty: Middle of the road Mexican food fast without being too hard on the wallet. I WOULD recommend this place to people. Why three stars? The annoying«Welcome to Moe’s!» Every time people walk in the door. Also the salsa is pretty sub par, none of them are really spicy. I do like the chips and the fact they come with everything is pretty great. The ingredients seem pretty fresh and there are quite a few to choose from. But the service could be a little faster, more than four people come in and they seem to fall behind. I am GLUTENFREE and at this place, my only option is to get hard shell tacos. I wish they had corn tortillas. I would say this place is between Taco Bell and chipotle, but also better than Qdoba.

There is one woman who is a manager, I think, and if she’s there this is my favorite location. She’s really quick and always has everyone operating efficiently while being friendly. If she’s not working all bets are off. I have even had them forget the chips. A little ridiculous but it’s the typical«i don’t care about my job crowd». The food is good and I can’t say I have ever been disappointed. It’s a great place to stop for a quick bite but dependent on who’s working will determine your experience!

The best way I can describe Moe’s is a higher end fast food Mexican restaurant. This isn’t authentic by any means but a lot better than Taco Bell. Don’t go here thinking you’ll get Taco Bell prices because there’s a premium for getting quick Mexican food without the stomach ache after. We typically spend about $ 20 for two people at every visit. The food portions are very large and filling and the queso dip is delicious.

Welcome to Moeeeeee’sssssss. While it’s kinda funny to make fun of the management-imposed enthusiasm, Moe’s actually isn’t too bad of a Tex-Mex joint. Not to be mistaken with the real McCoy, Moe’s acknowledges their«Mexican-style» cuisine, and serves up burritos, tacos, soups, and their own version of a crunchwrap supreme. After you figure out which way you want to get your rice-meat-cheese fix, you’ll probably notice that the ingredients don’t really jump out at you as being particularly fresh, but they’re solid nonetheless. And the fact that every meal comes with chips is pretty cool, though the chips are clearly worked into the price. Also, I’m a fan of the multiple types of salsa that you can scoop up yourself, and the Who Is Kaiser Salsa obviously conjured thoughts of Kevin Spacey, which made me chuckle because, well, Spacey’s pretty awesome. If you go in expecting larger-than-average sized portions, decent ingredients, and Mexican-style(style being the key word here), then you’ll have a good meal. I mean, that’s exactly what Moe’s plays itself out to be. But, if you’re looking for Mexico City authenticity, you best look elsewhere.

I loveeee moe’s. i find it to be much better than chipotle and the portions are bigger for the price. Also on Monday the burritos are $ 5 which is great :) If you are around the area I would recommend stopping in for lunch, but it does get crowded.

I have used Unilocal as a platform to decry the state of «Mexican» food in New England. Moving here from California five years ago, I was used to delectable cuisine from Mexico and Central America. Here I’m confronted by various iterations of Americanized«Mexican» food over and over again. Alas, Moe’s continues in the vein of gussied up Taco Bell. On top of that, I found it annoying throughout our meal to be confronted with the staff yelling«Welcome to Moe’s» to every person walking through the door. Frankly, if I have a hankering for a burrito, I’d rather go to Boloco or Chipotle rather than here. Better yet, I’d head to Moody Street, downtown Waltham, for something that is truly authentic and satisfying. Ciao Moe’s.
