I came in last week to make a purchase i do couponing. The ding dong who checked me out said i cant use my coupons because i use to be an employee and need to change my cvs card over. I said you can override them. He said i dont like to do that. Then he had the nerve to say why cant you just get another card. I said first off dont be rude to me then he threw his scanner down and walked away. As i was leaving i said if you dont like working with the public get a new job like i did. I hated working for cvs and will stop shopping here too. Worst place ever!!!

I had a horrible experience with one of the managers. I think her name was tracy. This manager began our interaction by taking 5 minutes to sashay over to the cooler to get herself a Coke. After another 5 minutes fully refreshed she oozed over to the register. She told me I couldn’t use a coupon that was mailed to me with my name on it because it was under my husbands number. She went on to tell the it was illegal. It was a $ 10 coupon for baby food and I really needed to use it. With a line out the door she insisted my husband came in and show her his license. I will not be coming back.
