Worked with Thelda in flooring. She was wonderful! Helped me pick colors and material, which I was completely at a loss in choosing. She was so attentive to detail and helped me understand expenses. I hope I am not disappointed with delivery time(being a special order) and installation because to this point I am very grateful for the help and service. Duane also was so kind to get my tile order gathered and loaded into my car.

Had an appointment to get my Windows measured and 45 min later a no show for them. No call saying they were running late or anything. Very unprofessional.

Came in to purchase a lot of lumber and they acted standoffish when we asked for them to help us get it down and bundle it. One employee walked away mid conversation to help someone else which we felt was extremely rude and there was no reason for it. The other 2 employees were very helpful and they loaded the wood on the trailer for us, but it did take them about 20 minutes!

Three of five people were very helpful. Our cashier and the lady who helped us were amazing. The guy who helped us get our freezer was also amazing. The guy helping pick out a freezer and the lady(only person in appliances that could help) were pre occupied. Maybe managment should have more people working in certain sections on a Saturday. More people working more things being sold.

I am updating my review after bringing in an online return and there was a rather odd situation that came of it. Purchased a 5 gallon container of water seal online as they did not carry it in the store for some reason yet the ratings for it were superior. After starting to work on the fence replacing old boards that were totally shot I ended up deciding to replace the entire fence with pretreated boards hence not needing the 5 gal container I purchased. Evidently there was some fine print when ordering online saying it could not be returned which I was unaware of. After dealing with the manager Troy in here he allowed me to get a store credit for it which was cool and appreciated. We must have dealt with 5 different customer service people and they all were very helpful in the process of our return. To Troy and his staff, great job in customer service.

I have to say I never thought about writing a review for a home improvement store until now. I mean my BF and I do come to the Home Depot for things like paint and lawn furniture but it wasnt until recently and a lot of DIY network that we started to take on some real projects. Recent visits include, a garbage disposal, paint, water heater(big one), and fencing. At our last visit we asked on of the guys in the plumbing area to walk us through installing a garbage disposal. This guys had so much patience with us, he helped us find everything we needed to do the job and he even told us we could call with questions! That was great service! The garbage disposal went off without a hitch, so far :). I was honestly impressed with the know how and willingness to help this guy had! We didnt quite have that good of experience with the fencing guy so lost a star in the lumber department. All in all though, supper excited that this place is just a few mins from my house!

Home Depot does not stand behind their products, warranties, nor their words. Buyer beware!!! Tuff Shed and Home Depot both do not meet the quality they preach! Try Sutherlands, Jax, Lowes, ACE and the list goes on!

The average employees are great. But that customer service center needs a good training in customer service. They are rude and non-responsive of your concerns. After visiting this particular Home Depot I would say that I prefer Lowes(their employees really know the difference between plain olé customer satisfaction and customer appreciation). I hate to say this but if all Home Depots have this same lack politeness and disrespect, I predict that Home Depot will soon be on a decline in profits. Especially in this economy they should be grateful for their customers. I know they are a big corporation now but at one time I am sure it was a local idea, that now has become way too corporate to remember their original values
