History

Established in 1996.

The «Infinite Self Defense Institute» began in Loveland in 1996 shortly after owner Adam Martinez witnessed Royce Gracie in action in UFC 1. He began traveling to the Gracie Academy in Torrence, CA where he eventually enrolled in the Instructor program.

Today Professor Adam Martinez is one of Royce Gracies few black belts, and Infinite Jiu-​Jitsu Academy is Northern Colorado’s home for authentic Gracie Jiu-​Jitsu directly under the legendary Gracie family lineage.
