unhappy with the service at this location. it’s isn’t Starbucks owned which is probably part of the problem. visited ok Sunday morning to order two to– go boxes of coffee for the next morning at 7:15am. explained that it was very important that the coffee be ready on time the next day as I was taking it to a meeting. arrived at 7:15 the next day and said I was there to pick up my pre ordered to go coffee. the cashier stared at me for a moment and then pulled a piece of paper off her register and looked at it (it was my order she was looking at). she then said «oh sorry. we will start making that now.». I asked her what the point was of coming in 24 hours early if they weren’t actually going to have the coffee ready when I arrived? Her response was, after a very long pause — «yeah we forgot about your order.». amazing service and recovery! I was late to my meeting thanks to these bozos. not impressed.

I left my last review for this Starbucks last year. I still haven’t been dissapointed. They are always friendly and I get the same think every time I visit. I come here to relax and read often. Its usually very quiet except when I visited a few weeks ago there was two women with younger girls who acted a fool ! Banging on the doors at the people walking outside. I was highly annoyed and wish they would have politely asked them to calm down.

They were all awesome except for one young lady who was extremely rude!!! Short brunette with harsh and hurtful comments. I will never return!

Visited this Starbucks once before. Anyway, still a short walk from the Brown hotel, but found they don’t brew dark roast after noon time (?). Also, cute female barista not here, just two dudes.
