The staff was one of the most unprofessional and seemed to be very unhappy that I was bothering them for a plain coffee. The coffee was cold but I didn’t dare try to have them fix it.

The best(and worse) part about this Starbucks is its location. I work in the PNC tower, so I can easily mosey on down to the lobby and get me a steaming hot cup of joe without walking outside in the elements. I’m mostly talking about the winter cold. I have to agree with Jim’s review. The staff is a little inconsistent. There are a few who are very friendly, and a couple who just don’t seem like they want to be there. Overall, they are in a great spot in downtown, open fairly late, and offers pretty quick service. I will say though, that in the morning, and sometimes during everyone’s afternoon slump, it can get pretty busy, and because it’s so small, it does get cramped.

The location is nice to have downtown but they have an inconsistent staff that doesn’t seem to be happy to be there. I love Starbucks and go to them everywhere I go and this is the most convenient and most frequented from me but sadly this beautiful store doesn’t have a staff to match its allure and they are consistently inconvenient.

This Starbucks is just like any other one but it deserves 4 stars because of its location! It couldn’t be at a better and convenient place!

Nothing really special about this particular Starbucks, though it does have something over the other two Starbucks downtown in that it is a corporate location. When national Starbucks is running deals, the convention center and Seelbach locations do not offer those same deals. Skip those and come to this one! It is on the smaller side, though, and I feel cramped when I visit this location. I can see it becoming more cramped as the weeks get colder.

High points for a coffee shop downtown that is open past 4pm. Low points for being out of chai. They still had«Oprah Chai» which is supposed to be spicier than regular chai. So… why did my chai taste bland and watered down? More so than regular chai? Are you sure you didn’t run out of *Oprah Chai* and served me watered down regular chai?
