I was looking for an investment property in the Bay Area. Lydia and Dom were very resourceful. They have been residents of the Bar Area for many many years and have a lot of connections. When we finally found a property for me, the transaction in all areas went very smoothly. They take pride in what they do and are very personable. I was handheld all the way and beyond they required duties as my agents. I am very happy and would highly recommend Lydia and Dom. They are very caring and your best interests are their focus. She was very honest during all the visits, and educated us about the neighborhood and the house itself (pros/​cons), everything you should think about when looking at houses. When we needed to re-​landscape our front yard in our old home for staging, she actually met me at the store to help me pick up plants! She even picked up a few extra herself later to fill some empty spaces we had left! When we needed a staging person, she found one for us. When we needed a landscape person, she found one for us. She is very resourceful! All you have to do is ask for help, and she will help you.
Dom helped us understand all the lengthy paperworks we had to sign. He came to our house many times and took time to explain what we needed to know. Selling and buying houses is very stressful, Dom will make sure everything gets taken care of, and he will watch for your best interest.
We also had to take our 4 year old son to all our meetings, Lydia kept him entertained while we did our business. My son loved them!
I must say not only they are great realtors, but they are also kind and wonderful people. We would buy another house if we can just so we can spend more time with them. They are kind of people you miss doing business with because they are so sweet and nice to be around.
