Melanie his assistant is the most qualified tech-​savvy out of any Real Estate company in Los Gatos. Carri his Interior Designer is top notch and did a fabulous job; paintings and accessories throughout the house gave it a refined look enhancing the structural finishes. The entire house sang the same song and best of all it was in alignment with us. Greg and Carri have an innate flair for color and spatial arrangements that separate them from any other Realtor or Designer.

Can I leave 6 stars?! I met Greg at my home while I was shopping for an agent to sell my home as I was relocating. Calm comfy confident; Greg from moment one showed his charisma as an individual and knowledge of the area as an agent. Not only did he have stats regarding the house, but the street, neighborhoods to follow, city and county. He set the bar high and had a specific formula. Greg said undoubtedly — I will sell your home in less than 3 weeks. Little did I know it would take only 5 days to be on the market. Great all around person… I’d recommend him to everyone: first time buyers, investors, short term transients etc. SOLD! He’s got my vote.

I met Greg with my wife few days after moving to Bay area after getting his reference from a colleague. We had very limited idea of Bay area real estate market and were starting from ground zero. Greg– helped as level set our expectations and introduced us to localities which he thought were good match with our budget. He showed us few areas and after that gave us time to sink in the information and then decide. He never pushed us to go beyond our comfort range and set realistic expectations. He even helped us back off from an accepted offer after we got cold feet and realized that is not the area of our choice. That was the best decision we ever took but it would not have been possible without Greg helping us get out of that based on goodwill he commands in real estate market. It took us more than a year and half to finally find a home that met majority of our expectations. The process we established with Greg was that we would identify the properties we like and he would work with us to prioritize and give us realistic guidance on offer price and pros and cons of each property. That worked really well for us as we were never under pressure to pursue property that we didn’t identify. He finally made a very professional offer for the home we bought; There were several other offers but Greg’s reputation with the listing agent and his professionalism sealed the deal for us. You know how some real estate agents are kind of like used car salesmen? Not Greg! He’s the best! So get this, we bought the first & ONLY house that Greg showed us. Sounds nuts, I know. I was hesitant. But it was move-​in ready; super clean, recently & completely remodeled, and tucked away at the end of a quaint cup-​de-​sac with a big yard. Perfect! However, we wanted a place in a particular area of Los Gatos, but had a budget we were working with. Of course, I was wondering what else was out there. So Greg drove me around to every part of town, showing me what we could get for what we were planning on spending. We could get a tear-​down in the area that we love, but then we’d have to flip it. Financially, that wasn’t an option. We’re super happy with our new home & have Greg to thank for it! Not only is he a great agent, he’s a great friend. Very personable, smart, and knows his stuff!

Our family is so appreciative of Greg’s outstanding support in selling our home. Greg is lovely to work with; professional, action and results-​oriented. I have purchased 6 homes and Greg was by far the best realtor I have ever used. He was not only punctual, with high integrity and produced great results, but he also is very personable, able to answer all questions I/​we threw at him, about and very creative. For example: between the time we saw the house we eventually bought and his office, while in his car, he contacted the realtor representing the seller and found out several key pieces of information to help us make the offer that was accepted (beating out 2 other offers). My wife shares my opinion and we will definitely use Greg when we sell our home.

Greg is a true professional. What stands out to me is that he is passionate about his work and in addition to knowing what he is doing Greg is willing to roll up his sleeves to get it done.
