The agents we worked with made sure to explain how the whole process works ahead of time, so there were no surprises or hidden costs. Morghan then helped us buy our new bigger house in a better school district. Her best skill may have been putting up with me, but she helped us land a house great for my family in an insanely challenging market. In the two months we were looking, only TWO houses came up for sale that were the size we wanted and in the school district we wanted. The first was being sold by an utterly clueless agent who overpriced the house and we’re now living in the second!

Would I hire anyone else? Nope.
I first met Mr. Lewis several years ago when he was acting as the banks agent during a foreclosure sale in our neighborhood. We talked a bit (I don’t recall specifics) and he impressed me then. His name came up again when a friend referred him as we were getting ready to sell. He likes working with clients early, several months before a sale, to get things in order. His advice is sound and his marketing strategy works. If you hire him, listen to what his has to say. If the changes/​updates are excessive, prioritize and do what you can (we didn’t do everything but we did the highest value suggestions).
