Sheryl Ng, DDS

It has been a million years since I had been to the dentist so needless to say I needed some work done. I had been recommended Dr. Ng by a friend and I honestly cannot tell you how grateful I am. Dr. Ng is the nicest, sweetest, and most sympathetic person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have been singing her praises to any one that will listen. She explained everything thing that I was to expect during the procedure and continually checked in to see if I was doing ok. It was hands down the best dental experience that I have ever had. I can not stress the extent to which she makes you feel comfortable and honestly cared for. I mean if she wanted a patient for life she got a patient for life! Don’t think about it just make your appointment with her now!

I don’t enjoy going to the dentist, big fear of mine. Dr. Ng is really sweet, her practice is very clean and professional. Had a great experience, and I will be coming back. Highly recommend!

I have only every had one dentist that I have truely loved, now I have two! I have been going to this office for a couple of years and love love love it! Sheryl has taken wonderful care of me with everything from cleanings to fillings. I moved away but am flying back for an appt this weekend for a cleaning. Love to see them and chat with that cute little Gwen in reception.

I am extremely pleased with my experiences at Dr. Ng’s practice. She is professional, meticulous and personable. Dr. Ng does an excellent job at preparing you for the dental work you are about to receive and is gentle and calm throughout the process. Her office is new and clean and the equipment/​technology that she uses is up-​to-​date. I also love how she plays music in the background to help put you at ease. I definitely recommend Dr. Ng to anybody looking for a dentist in the area!

When I moved up to Norcal, I was hesitant about going to the dentist because I had some bad experiences in the past when finding new dentists outside of my hometown. I went to go see Dr. Ng on the recommendation of my friends who raved about how great their experience was with her. When I got there, I marveled at how great Dr. Ng was! I have to agree with all the reviews– she is the nicest and gentlest dentist I have ever been to, and is so easy to talk to. I felt so comfortable going to her that I didn’t mind coming back to get my cavities filled and recommending my fiancé to her also after raving about her work and how technologically advanced her office was also. Being very cautious about what is done in my mouth, I love that she explains everything that she is doing so that I know what is going on. It exudes honesty and professionalism. At the same time, she is quick and efficient. I asked about my interest in whitening, and she gave me the impressions one day and told me I could pick up the trays the very next day! Thank you, Dr. Ng for one of my first great dental experiences :)

Dr. Ng is such a sweet dentist! Her office is so clean and organized. Her assistant is also super sweet! I would definitely recommend her!

I always dread looking for a new dentist but am so glad I found Dr. Ng. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ng is such a sweet person and pays extra care to make you feel comfortable the entire time. She is also very thorough and I never feel like she’s rushing to her next patient. And a bonus — they have massage chairs making the experience that much better! I highly recommend Dr. Ng.

Since getting my braces off a year ago, I’ve only been seeing my orthodontist. I was in desperate need of a new dentist office and I came to Sheryl after my mom went and loved it. Oh my word, seriously she the sweetest young lady ever. I think that is such an important characteristic when is comes to dentist’s. Usually they are scary and are rough when working on your teeth. She so gentle and very informative if you ask her whats she’s working on. The first day I stopped by, we discovered a cavity. She filled it, same day with no hassle.
The office is extremely well kept, organized, and very quiet. I also loved how she had a light rock radio play lightly in the back round to drown out the terrifying sounds of the dental tools (is that what you call them?). The location is great too! It’s very close to kinkos, trader joes, chase, nob hill, an orthodontist, and restaurants, etc — close to all other errands you need to run.
If you ask her anything, she is more that willing to help you. I asked her about teeth whitening, and right there she gave me some awesome facts and even suggest a few things. She even ordered an amazing system for me to try that I just stopped by and picked it up today.
If you need a new dentist, I would definitely recommend her.

Very thorough, super sweet, nice patient, calm and gentile. What more could you want? I get super anxious going to any dentist, and she definitely puts me at ease. Not to mention her office is pretty updated, great hours, she really makes an effort to make you comfortable, while taking care of you. I like her a lot!

I had bad experiences with my previous dentist (who was a family friend) and I was in search for a new one that was more gentle and not messy when cleaning my teeth. My friend told me about Dr. Ng and after reading a couple of the reviews, I figured she sounded so great that I had to try her.
She was so nice! And I was surprised she actually answered her own phone! She is very personable and definitely makes you feel like family. I have sensitive teeth but she was very gentle and thorough; she always made my comfort level a top priority.
I was about to lose dental insurance through my mother so I was looking for a good dentist to continue with on my own. I really appreciated Cheryl going above and beyond to help me work out my insurance coverage in a promptly manner. Even without coverage, she was very flexible in trying to arrange other pay options for me.
Aside from her great customer service, her office looks very neat and her tools are state-​of-​the-​art and non-​invasive which I appreciated. (My previous dentist used to shove a huge machine against my cheek to do x-​rays which was really annoying.)
I look forward to going into her office every time and I only wish I had started seeing her years ago! If you are looking for a new dentist or switching over to a better quality one, stop looking! Dr. Ng is it!

Dr. Sheryl Ng. Is the best dentist out of all the dentist I have encounter!!! She is gentle, honest, and super awesome to me as her returning patience… I would totally recommend her to any age group, cause is the best… BTW…she has an awesome massage chair to relax you while getting you teeth checkout… wow what more can you ask for then this awesome place to come for your dental visit… if I could give her 10 stars then I would!!!:):):):) try her place it’s awesome!!!:)

We switched to Sheryl Ng after being with our dentist in Santa Clara since I was a child. Our dentist was out of network but we were willing to drive far and pay because we loved that dentist. I live and work in Los Gatos and decided to look around for other more convenient options and found a gem in Dr. Ng. She was in our network and I first brought my 8 year old in to see her. I was thinking that this would be a true test. And let me tell you, my daughter was so impressed by the soft spoken, sweet lady that she is obsessed with flossing and brushing ever since. I then cracked a tooth and just had it partially replaced and my husband will be seeing her again soon for his dental needs. She is so gentle but when she works on you, you can feel her confidence through her hands. Her office is state of the art which is important to me now. We are happy to have found our new dentist right in our neighborhood and encourage others to try her.

Dr. Ng is great! She’s super friendly and very capable. I also appreciate that she has a nice office and good equipment. She spends more time with each patient than the average dentist, in my opinion.

My dad is a dentist and so are my two sisters, so this was the first time I saw a dentist that wasn’t family. Dr. Ng was great and very knowledgeable. Her office is state of the art, and she is incredibly nice. Both my wife and I see her now. I highly recommend her to anyone else — she’ll make you feel like you’re family.

I usually hate going to the dentist but my experience with Dr. Ng was awesome. She is gentle when cleaning my teeth but does a very thorough job. Also she is flexible when scheduling appointments. She takes time to explain the procedures she is doing and why they are necessary. Also she is super nice! I highly recommend her.

My previous dentist moved so I decided to try Dr. Ng. Her office is brand new. She uses the most up to date equipments and everything is so high-​tech and fancy.
So I got my cleaning done a few weeks ago and I was very pleased with Dr. Ng because she was so thorough and detailed. She really took her time to examine each of my tooth.
My husband also went for a cleaning and got some fill-​ins done a week later. He’s very happy with the result as well. He told me that she did a great job so I will make an appointment to get my fill-​ins soon. I highly recommend Dr. Ng if you are looking for a new dentist.
