Hello Had a Great buying experience. Saw there dealership at the Pleasanton RV show and went to check them out. Notice they did not have any lance RV’s at the show and they explain why cause there was a closer Lance dealer at the show so they could not both be there. So went looked at the Lance dealer that had the model i was interested in and Love the model Lance 1685. However notice the other dealer was asking a lot more for the same unit. So that was my deciding factor. I knew which unit i wanted and didn’t want to pay more for the same option from another dealer. So i spoke with the GM Henry Flores and he had what i wanted and the price was what i was willing to pay and I made the deal. Pickup the Travel Trailer two weeks later and about the finally take it out on its maiden trip. Overall it was a great i experience and would buy from Henry Flores again. J

Buying an RV from Toscano RV was such a great experience from meeting Henry the General Manager at the Pleasanton RV show to driving off in our new trailer. Everyone from service, sales, finance to store could not have been nicer or done a better job. If one is considering an RV purchase Toscano RV is the only place to shop and potentially buy!

I did some research online before deciding to come down and look, the website is user friendly. Jesse was the first to greet me. I told him the trailer I was looking for and we went over to look at it. He was very engaging and down to earth. He asked me questions to learn about what I needed and offered several alternatives, which we looked at about 6 other trailers.
I told him I would be back the next day with my wife so she could look at it. We came back and looked at a couple of options and ended up with our first choice. My wife wanted to check out another place and I told him that we were going to look there and get back with him. He simply advised I check out the Unilocal reviews.
So I did and we decided we would not waste our time since we had found what we wanted. Jesse was very helpful, answered all my questions, negotiated fairly, and took all my calls immediately each time.
Toscano ‘s delivered on all the promises and Jesse was there through every step of the process. If you want a no pressure, regular guy, that will treat you fair and follow through, ask for Jesse.

After a long process, i was finally able to get my rig serviced and back from them.
They completed most of the work, but some of the problems in the electrical system were not found /​fixed. Also, no one actually walked through the work with me live when i picked up the rig which based on all the issues getting to this point would have been ideal.
I will give them credit for this — when you have their attention and they are engaged they seem like nice people and are genuinely interested in helping as much as they can.
Net net here is that you need to have very clear communication with them about what they can do, when they can do it, and don’t make any assumptions.
It just took me too long to get to that point to make this a positive experience.

Peter is as good as it gets for a sales associate. No pressure no hard sell. He represented the Airstream product line well. When asked for the best price he delivered what was a fair market value. We did our research… The internet is a powerful tool.

The person (his name begins with an A) gave us the walk through. Professional and courteous. The delivery process took the better part of a day. They had the unit hooked up with power and water; it was hot that day. The forethought made it more comfortable for us.
That said, pricing a trailer will include some add on’s such as the weight distribution hitch and brake controler in addition to any other add on’s that one requests. I found that a little confusing because I thought that would be a separate line item on the invoice.
This review is intended for the sales process. No experience with service but, with the quality that Airstream portends time will tell.

What a great service department! Due to a serious problem with our hitch, we had to make an unplanned detour while we were on our vacation itinerary. The manufacturer of our RV recommended this place, and I now certainly know why. From the very first phone conversation with Bobby, I knew he had our best interest at heart. He ordered the needed part and arranged for overnight shipping. Since it was the start of a weekend, he offered us the opportunity to stay on their grounds with full hook ups. I think the saying «making lemonade out of lemons», applies. Today the needed part arrived, and Pablo, a very gifted and articulate technician, completed the work, along with some other smaller issues. We are pulling out of here tomorrow, with peace of mind and a great impression.

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST!!!
I usually won’t say anything about an establishment unless I can say something nice but in this case, i just can’t remain silent.
Recently, my wife and I contacted Toscano’s in reference to an Airstream trailer. We were quoted a price over the phone. A few days later, we drove 1 ½ hrs to Los Banos to try and purchase the trailer. We negotiated back and forth a couple of times, finally being told their «lowest» price available. We didn’t want that price and we left, shaking hands and parting ways. Immediately, the salesman called, saying he would throw in the hitch also in that price if we bought that day.
We then called another Airstream dealer in Southern California, asked for the price we wanted ($ 2,000k less than Toscano’s lowest price) and they immediately agreed.
Three days later, Toscano called again, left a message and I returned their call to let them know I already purchased a trailer at anorher dealership. That is when the conversation turned ugly, rude and unprofessional. The salesman started yelling and arguing with me about what his lowest price was (all lies). I have never been treated so rudely. His last comment was «well, i will see YOU when you need service». I will drive 4 hours to another dealer before I would ever go back their!

BEST IN CLASS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE — this company exceeds customer service. What might have been the worst case scenario, Toscano RV of Los Banos (Michael Scott) made into an enjoyable experience and exemplified what customer service really should look like! Mike, my husband bought a Lance RV, which we had problems with (CO alarm kept going off). Michael, not only let us trade it in, but made us a great offer on a new Airstream. It was ready and out the door, the same day. That in itself is almost impossible. It usually takes you all day, just to get out of a dealership when you’re buying a vehicle.
If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its products and cares about their customers — TOSCANO RV in Los Banos is the place to go. With them, it doesn’t end with your signature, and handing you the keys. They go out of their way to ensure you’re a satisfied customer. I have used Toscano RV for both sales and service. They have performed extremely well in both categories. I have purchased and sold two Airstream trailers through them and have had extensive service provided by them over the years.
The only issue is communication as they are extremely busy. Expect to have some difficulty contacting the service department by phone. It is best to communicate in person with a comprehensive list of what you want done. You will be very pleasantly surprised with the quality of their work.
If the work you want done requires difficult to find parts I recommend you obtain the parts first and bring them with you for installation. If parts need custom fabrication they can handle that no problem.
I have had body damage repair done, as well as correction of a botched custom build by another vendor. Plumbing, electrical, sheet metal — they do it all well.

After searching for 6 months, visiting several dealerships, 4 RV’s on Craigs’s list, 3 RV’s on Ebay, I found myself back at Toscano RV for my third visit with Jason («SMURF» it’s a nickname derived from his last name, but he’ll explain it). The problem I was having was balancing what my wife wants, with what I wanted, with how much I wanted to spend. Jason listened and offered opinions and facts as we queried him. He was patient and an experienced RVer himself. If he didn’t have an answer he would go look it up for us. In the end we did purchase a Class C that was one year old. I got a price that was very fair and I financed through them as well since they were 1.5% cheaper than my credit union. But I have a good credit rating so that made that possible.
On delivery day I met John Costa who took me through the paper work. He took the time to explain everything and because Jason had already explained the deal initially I did not find any surprises from John and the transaction was actually very smooth as we chatted and signed papers.
I would recommend Toscano RV center to anyone considering buying a used or new RV. They have the answers and you will not feel pressured.

Looked for an airstream TT for years and finally made the decision to purchase. Toscano was extremely professional, courteous, no pressure, able to listen and respond accordingly, and overall the entire process was easy (except for the first drive home with a 8000 lb trailer behind you).
Walk through was perfect and even though it was a used as-​is trailer, a small issue was found with one of my motorized vents during the delivery and they fixed it, no hassles. Didn’t even have to ask. Price was fair to good — you might be able find a little cheaper (used) but you may have to drive a few thousand miles and the condition of this trailer was like new — most of the used ones i looked at were trashed.
Jason was my sales person and he is highly recommended, as was John who helped on the delivery. Overall this is a professional and well run business that realizes customer service and satisfaction is key — highly recommended.

Toscano RV Center was great to do business with. Their finance guy, John is the best at what he does I highly recommend purchasing from them if you are in the market for a trailer/​RV.

I purchased an Airstream trailer on the Gulf Coast while on a long trip, on the way home from a short weekend camping trip I decided to have a very small warranty issue addressed, when I phoned Jeff explained it was the week before Christmas and it might be a while. Since I was not in a hurry I told him not to worry about it, take his time.
I also decided to have them install a mechanized satellite dish while it was in the shop.
As it turned out medical problems got in the way and my almost new Airstream sat on their lot for over three monts. During that time they showed no impatience with my «storing» my trailer on their property. Keep in mind good RV storage runs upwards of $ 100 a month.
When I finally picked up the trailer I was happily surprised to see my trailer parked at a full hookup spot with power, water and sewer. It was spotless inside and out. They did a beautiful full detail on my Airstream I would value the cost of that detail anyplace else at $ 150 and up, it was included gratis.
Since the trailer had been sitting for a while they aired up my tires, gave me time to explore the features of my new satellite dish and make sure the trailer was ready for travel.
If I could change one thing Toscano would be 50 miles closer to my home.

Excellent service department! Had solar panels installed on my Airstream and they were top notch. Give’m a try and you won’t be sorry.

My husband and I upgraded our small fifth wheel RV for a bigger more luxurious RV. We had been shopping around for the perfect one for over a year and a half! We started at the location in Gilroy and found the perfect fit for our family. We purchased and picked it up in Los Banos. A week after we got it, there was a leak in the water pipe that lead from the washing machine, under the bed. The floor was soaked in the master bedroom. Toscano RV sent out a man that knew his way around RV’s and worked for their company. He came out less than 24 hours later, located the issue, resloved the problem and even followed up to make sure the leak hadn’t returned. You always hear, «It’s not how you make the sale, it’s what you do afterwards». Well, I’m very pleased with the overall sales, service and quality of this dealership. I highly recommend them for your next RV purchase!

We worked with him at Los Banos location to buy our 1^st Airstream in 2009. We recently traded our 2009 in for a 2012 and worked with Jessie again at the Gilroy location. Jessie worked with us to get the best deal possible on both our Airstreams! Easy and effortless process!

I included Tascono on my list of dealers to shop from. Jesse was the salesman I dealt with, and I wasn’t terribly impressed but I gave him a shot anyway. To deal with in person he was okay, but by email he didn’t do a good job at replying to me and he always made excuses instead of owning up to his mistake. What I found most interesting is that his emails were written in a text format that 12 year olds use which was very hard to read and regardless of texting style, were broken English. I found this very unprofessional. After a few weeks of dealing with him I finally subittmed a price from another dealer to see if they could match. I didn’t hear back for three weeks. So I finally sent him a «what’s going on?» email and how I didn’t understand how he wouldn’t respond to a potential sale especially in this economy. He responded with a «lol» and made excuses. Are you serious, was my thought. He just lauged at me and tried to feed me BS. We went back and forth for a few emails and I made sure to CC the GM on every one. In fact this is his response when I said I would write a review… this is not altered at all…“Ok you do that dont be upset at us for not being able to help you just assumed you purchased there unit only because of last time you contacted us if not by email you showed up dont want to argue or do this emailing bk and forth but if it and apology you need im sorry ty jesse d.” Finally the GM stepped in and apologized for Jesse’s behavior. I can’t totally knock Toscano, but if you go there, I recommend buying from another salesman other than Jesse. He is a joke, unprofessional, and full of excuses.

Being the cheapie that I am, I researched several fifth wheel models. After locating the one I wanted, I printed some ads off the internet and took them to several dealers (from the Bay Area to the Central Valley).
I had a set price in mind, but most of the dealers wouldn’t even consider my offer. Some laughed, some said it wasn’t possible, but Toscano made it work. I got the exact model I was looking for, PLUS some optional equipment/​upgrades at NO additional cost!
Gilbert (the sales rep), was new, but very helpful at every stage. Even after owning the fifth wheel for a while, whenever I call for anything, they are ALWAYS accomodating. From picking the trailer up for service to delivering it back to me in the bay area, they have been superb!
I definitely recommend stopping by before you purchase an RV elsewhere.
