Tower Foot and Ankle Surgery

I have visited Dr. Alfandari at least ten times for persistant plantar’s warts on my foot. He is very patient and kind, always remembers me, and committed to helping me. I never wait when I come to the office. I would recommend Dr. Aflandari to anyone looking for a great podiatrist.

I bought a voucher valued $ 1,000, fungus treatment for both feet, 10 fingers, for my mom on Groupon. The first time, my mom visited the office. She had laser treatment for less than 10 min. When she visited the office for the second time, they start charging her another $ 500. This is ridiculous. $ 1,000 valued voucher only used for less than 10 minutes’ treatment. My mom’s nails look the same, nothing better.
When the front desk tried to make the second appointment with my mom, they didn’t tell my mom there is a charge for the second visit. I though it’s included in the $ 1,000 voucher, but I was wrong. I called the office to ask why $ 1,000 is only for less than 10 minutes’ treatment. They told me even I don’t have any treatment, office visit will be $ 250.
Parking is expensive. Won’t come back again for the service.

Above and beyond nice office staff, Jamie sets the bar so high for any other front desk worker in this world. Dr. Alfandari gave a thorough assessment of my issue and provided options though I came in specifically for a Groupon laser toenail fungus removal. In the building parking is $ 9/​hr, second hour free. Adjacent lot is $ 2.50÷15 minutes, no breaks, so make sure to park in the building.

Dr. Jamshindia was recommended to me by my general practitioner, and I couldn’t be happier with the recommendation! You will basically get schooled on anatomy, and that’s not a bad thing — I had my foot issues thoroughly explained to me, plus he answered any questions I had and there was a clear course to recovery. If you have problems, this is the doc to see!

Dr. Alfandari is the man. He’s incredibly knowledgable and effective with any issues you might have. Stop lollygagging and make an appointment already.

I was very pleased coming into this office. Had pain on both my feet, came in for a consultation and was seen by Dr. Jam. He is a very wonderful Doctor very kind and pleasant. He examined me and quickly knew what was going on.
I came back for laser and met with Dr. Alfandari, also very pleased with him. He was gentle while doing the laser procedure making sure I wasn’t in any pain.
Staff is great as well.

I was treated by Dr. Jamshidinia for my foot problem he is one of the best podiatrist I’ve been too. I play sports and run a lot so my ingrown toenails really bug when I get them. He is really thorough and gets the job done great. Days later by following his instructions how to properly rest my foot. Its goes away and has me feeling like $ 1million bucks. Seriously. Dr. Jamshidinia is the real fucking deal.
I’ve had issues with my feet as long as I can remember.
I finally decided to do something about the painful bunion on my right foot, though I’ve heard a bunionectomy can go horribly wrong and is often painful. I went to another surgeon to get a consultation, and I was not impressed. He didn’t even x ray both feet, one of them was blurry, his office was dirty, and he spoke to me like it was the 1950s and I was just a dumb young housewife who couldn’t possibly understand what «metatarsus adductus» is. No thanks.
Dr. Jamshidinia couldn’t have been any more different from the first podiatric surgeon I saw.
His office is clean and chic, and his staff are gracious and accommodating. And he definitely gets all the necessary x days before thinking about taking a scalpel to your foot.
Not only did he figure out why I had a bunion only on one foot, but he correctly diagnosed a functional leg length discrepancy that was affecting my gait and beginning to cause lower back and hip issues. He answered my millions of questions, and didn’t dumb anything down or dismiss me. His bedside manner is excellent and he is thorough and discerning (before he would consider operating on my foot, he wanted me to get clearance from a rheumatologist because of my Reynaud’s. While obviously no one wants more doctors appointments than necessary I’d much rather he make sure everything was alright before operating!).
Dr. Jamshidinia performed a bunionectomy on my right foot in January, and I could not be happier with the results. The surgery went perfectly, and my healing is ahead of schedule. Despite his own busy schedule, he has always followed up with me and been on top of my after care. He truly cares about his patients and is at the top of his field. He takes PPO insurance (lucky for me!) and is very accommodating.
My only criticism lies with the front desk, who can be confusing and misleading when it comes to matters of insurance and payment, and even a little impatient. Of course no doctor works for free, and I’m so grateful Dr Jam is in network, but there were some issues with the staff continually having out of date insurance information.
I cannot recommend him enough!

He made me custom foot orthotics as I have had problems with painful flat feet all my life. He assured me that he could help. I’m so lucky to have had care from him as not only is he a good doctor but he really cares about you as though you are his only patient. I noticed many of the other reviewers had made similar comments about him. Highly recommend Dr Jam and this practice.

Dr. Jamshidinia is the best doctor! He really cares about his patients and their recovery process. The office really works with you and your insurance. I just recently had bunion removal surgery and the recovery process is going great!

I found this office in Groupon & did my «due diligence» checking them out on Health Grades & Google and decided to give them a try & was I lucky! Actually beyond lucky, the staff is very nice & helpful, accommodating my rescheduling and preferred time for visits and Dr. Alfandari was incredible, he took the time to explain the treatment options and let me decide– not the typical experience when a doctor pushes their recommendations on you– for my case, the most effective treatment was actually to extract the toe nail and then use medicine & a laser treatment. I was terrified with he idea and to my surprise it went great! No pain! A little discomfort, but minimal compared to what I’ve seen in family members who have had the same procedure done in other places. 6 months down the road, my toenail is completely healthy! Thank you Dr. Alfandari!

Dr. Alfandari is a great podiatrist. He has great bed side manners. He is polite, patient and very informative on all the processes. I especially want to mention that he is great with kids. My 9 year old felt really comfortable and relaxed. I initially found him through Groupon and I am soooooo greatful to have had found a wonderful doctor. The staff is really pleasant and welcoming, you almost feel like you have known them forever.

This office is immaculate! Staff is professional, and extremely friendly. I have been to both Dr. Jamshidinia and Dr. Alfandari — they are each exceptional. I care a great deal about my foot health, as the whole body can be impacted by poor feet. So, I value my feet a great deal — and there is no place I would trust more with this very critical part of my health care.
In addition, they are really on top of things here. State of the art equipment, and leaders in utilizing innovative products and procedures. If medicine has found a new way to treat, or a better therapy, you can count on this office to have it before any other.
I cannot say enough. Love this place, and the staff.
