Too bad there is not a no star option… My experience with this store was one of mistrust and disrespect. They have moved and obviously don’t care enough about their clients to update their address but nonetheless, I would never go back to consign or shop with them. In my experience, they will try to buy you out cheap, if you don’t sell, they will take months and months to pay and close out your account no matter how small your consignment(About 8 months for me) but above all Martha would disrespect you and raise her voice and get aggressive with you if you don’t comply with her unreasonable requests… And if you think that a single item will make you the promised 50%, think again. For some magical reason every single item of mine had sold after the 30 day grace period making my share 40%. Did I mention mistrust? In my case I followed up with them on my items and check several times and was given all kinds of excuses why I should leave the items longer as they might sell… Then at one point Martha informed me me that the items were ready to pick up but that cutting a small check would takes another month or two… I had no desire to visit them more than one and wanted to close out my account once and do one pick up so i waited for the check. A month later, I follow up again which is when Martha told me that I needed to pick up everything on the same day because they were moving! When I told her that I was out of town and could not pick up on the same day and asked why i wasn’t given more time, she got angry and very aggressive. Next day at the time of my pick up I had questions about my items which had all sold for 40% but she told me that she had no time and that I should contact her later… All and all very unprofessional and disappointing.

This is an update to my previous review. I am so impressed by this store. I have recently started following their social media pages on Instagram and Facebook and absolutely love the ease and convenience of shopping online. This store continues to carry the most amazing clothing and accessories from luxury brands. I am so pleased!

I stopped to get a coffee across the street and noticed the shop. I collect high end vintage designer pieces so was excited to pop in and check it out. I was in for maybe 3 minutes checking out their dismal selection of Chanel«vintage”(bad 80’s/90’s pieces) when the woman said«I don’t mean to rush you but we close at 6» when I asked what time it was she said with a snarky tone«it’s 6». I said ok and walked out. First, when I walked in she could have said we close in a few minutes. Or simply said we close at 6 but please take your time. That is unless they don’t care about sales. Not sure if she was the owner(hopefully not) or a sales woman in a rush to get home which I certainly can be empathetic to. But as a consumer, and someone who deals with customer service, I would not recommend going there. I didn’t get a chance to fully browse the goods since I got rushed out the door so this review is more about their seeming attitude of not caring about sales and the little bit it did see which was underwhelming.
