I love subway but this particular location didn’t have the greatest customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, the girl who made my sandwich wasn’t very friendly, I asked her to toast my bread first my bread wasn’t even in the toaster long enough to brown so my sandwich was even how I wanted it from the start. When adding the vegetables to my sandwich she was very stingy with the condiments I had to ask for more. When she ask me if that was all I needed she said it rude. When paying for my food she handed me my change and walked away with out saying«Thank You«and have a nice day. I

It smells like homeless people inside and the staff are young and rude. Won’t be back.

This is my favorite Subway. The two ladies that run it are the best, they actually keep the cases closed(most Subways leave the whole sandwich bar uncovered). Gets crowded at noon

one star out of ZERO! The idiot behind the counter went as far as asking me what size sandwich I wanted before totally ignoring me for another customer. behind me… and left me standing there! I can only assume that because I did not have breasts and his 13 year old gonads took over… that this sort of customer service in a fast food sandwich shop happens… occasionally…help me here people.

This is def a grab and go location because there’s little seating due to the size of the store. Normally lots of residential parking if you don’t wanna pay meter. Wooster or shenandoAh has lots. Shout out to Alex because he was the only one helping people out while it was rush hour and his coworker was missing for a long time and he looked a little flustered but still smiled through his job helping out the customers :) manager, give that guy a raise or something!

I just bought a subway club sandwich from this place and when i got home i noticed they put no ham in it so i thought its only an honest mistake ! Then i counted the roast beef and turkey and i noticed they put one slice less turkey and roast beef as well. Im not gonna waist my time go back and complain but i wanted to share this experience with every one else.

Friendly staff, good subway-quality food. It unfortunately is in a bad area with regards to snooty, self-entitled customers. Did someone below actually whine about spending $ 3.50 for a sandwich? Um, no… you did not spend $ 3.50 on a sandwich. You spent $ 3.50 for someone else to MAKE you a sandwich. This is 2014, get with the times. Complaining about $ 3.50 for a sandwich makes you look like a schmuck.

This just might be the worst Subway I’ve been to. It was most definitely the opposite of eating fresh. The bread was stale and the meat tasted old.

Dishonest and disrespectful employees at this Subway. I wanted to order for my son a flatbread toasted with cheese and ask how much it would be. I was told it would be three dollars as per the menu for the 6 inch pizza. They barely put any cheese on the flatbread, when I questioned the amount of cheese I was told it would cost additional. It made no sense because the amount of cheese they put on the flatbread pizza is way more than they were putting on the flatbread with just cheese. When I went to the register to be rung up, they told me it was going to be $ 3.83? I questioned the amount because i was told it would be three dollars. They then said well plus tax, which made no sense because the tax on 3.00 is not more then $.83. I then questioned the receipt listing the the sandwich at 3.50 even though it’s posted as 3.00 dollars, they said well we charge $.45 for toasting? I said the bill says 3.50 how do you get to 3.50 if it’s three dollars plus $.45 for toasting. I’ve never heard of any subway charging additional for toasting. They were not only rude about this, but it’s dishonest and I will report this to consumer affairs. I didn’t get into an argument with her because I was standing there with my son. I hope subway looks into this dishonest practice of over charging the menu price.

Cash only??? Are you kidding me? I went there today and the system was down and had a cash only sign. Probably will never eat at this subway again. It’s also a really small store that’s has an incline, so if you sit toward the door you are actually on an uneven surface.

If i can leave 0 stars, i would for this establishment. I’m so angry at the lack of service, i’m actually writing this while in line for a sandwich. I’ve been in line or 10 minutes and they’ve checked one person out. This is the worst experience i’ve had a at a subway. Avoid if possible.

Came here for lunch today. They had their $ 5 footlong special that happened to be my fave: the spicy italian! Service was quick — no line, and my sandwich toppings were on really quickly. In under 7 minutes, I was at the table with the boyfriend eating lunch. The only bad thing is the small amount of tables, in such a crowded area. But I’m nearby all the time, so I’ll probably be back.

Not really sure what turned me off more the trash on the floor, the staff paying no attention to customers in line, the employee’s sporting neck tattoo’s or the fact they didn’t have BMT’s at this location for some reason. I should of known better to even walk in when the glass doors looked like someone spread chicken grease all over them. I wish I could give this location a negative 5-Star rating.

Safe Haven for those that want to eat a normal tasting and priced Subway sandwich.
