PANINISSIMO is the real deal of Authentic Italian Panini in Los Angeles. Polpetta is my favorite.

Ordered the meatball sub. Took them FORTY minutes– they deserve negative 10 stars. I kept seeing other people who ordered after me get their food first. When I finally received mine, bread was soggy and meatball was subpar. Too soggy that after one bite, I just threw the whole sandwich away. Good thing it was company-sponsored. TOTHEOWNERS– ITISNOTTHATHARDTOMAKE A MEATBALLSUB! ANDIF I’M WAITINGFORTYMINUTES, ITBETTERBE A SPECTACULARSUB!

Authentic italian panini! I found these guys by chance in Santa Monica and I was really impressed by their natural and delicious ingredients. I highly recommend the parmigiana panino w/a soft focaccia. Nice truck, smart guys and real Italian taste! Great job guys

I’m looking at the menu and the guy tells me that the special is chicken parmigiana today which sounded good. Everything else on the menu was around $ 8 – 10 range and I assumed that it would be the same as well. It was $ 13 which I will reluctantly pay but then I expect to be blown away with how good it is. The person that served my food had it done in about 3 minutes which was suspicious so I felt the chicken and it was soggy and cold so I complained. Mind you when I handed them the sandwich I gave them a chicken parm on a sub roll with a side salad. I told them to heat it up, it came back in about 5 minutes and was on different bread and this one was served with a smaller salad and risotto. I think they gave me the milanese and just didn’t tell me. The sandwich was mediocre at best, chicken fingers and tomato sauce. All in all a weird exchange and they’ve got a lot to learn about food truck competition.

Super delicious and fresh ingredients. Had the Parma Panini it comes with a side of mixed greens salad and seasonal fruits!
