Steven provides excellent customer service and he did an excellent job on repairing my laptop. Plus, he came to my house to pick up my laptop and dropped it off to me when he was done fixing it. He picked up my laptop on Wednesday and had it ready for me the following day. I highly suggest getting your laptop or pc fixed by Steven.

Steven is really a duteous and professional laptop repairer! My Lenovo laptop suffered some problem and can not be launched, he patiently helped me find the problem which was because of the malfunctioned hard drive! He helped me change a new one for FREE! My computer broke down on the day before my review. I really needed the files for my review. Then I came across to see this cs shop and called him. He patiently gave me information and came over in and hour, bring all his tools.
Then, i would really describe the process to be a life saving process. He recovered all the files I need and now I am ready for my review. Couldn’t say more than thank you. I will recommend everyone with urgent computer problems to here.

Steven is amazing. My hard drive defragmented around 10 PM one night and I frantically called this number since it was near my university. Steven told me he could be at my place in about 30 minutes. He managed to recover all my files and fix my PC so that it was functional in the span of 2 hours or so. He’s also just a cool guy to talk to and made sure that I understood what he was doing to my computer.
He also followed up with me the next day which was simply a kind gesture. If you have an emergency, Steven is definitely reliable.
