I was at a birthday party with RV Arcade. After having a great experience with a different truck for my own sons’s birthday party, I was expecting the same level of service and niceties. I felt William was a little rude with one of my sons who has having a meltdown and was especially rude to my other son, who happens to be on the autism spectrum, when all he wanted to do was come onto the bus with his iPad in hand to see what everyone was doing. William would not let him on the bus and after a few attempts by my son to try and get on, William finally snapped at him. I was moderately horrified that someone who depends on word of mouth, would speak to children that way.

Nothing but good things to say for William and RV Arcade! We’ve used him multiple times for our sons’ birthday parties. Each time we booked he was on time, professional, and competitively priced. He is great with kids. He knows the systems and has a great selection/​catalog of games and the RV was always clean and air conditioned. He also took into account our guests ages and video game ratings and made sure to confirm and double check which games were allowed for guests to play. He also helped me get the kids out of the RV to eat and sing Happy Birthday, which wasn’t always easy because the kids never wanted to leave! And some of the dads even jumped on board to play a few rounds of games too. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

I called a few AV gamers and William was by far the most informative, friendly, helpful, patient and least expensive for a comparable product. He came early, setup and I didn’t see the 9 year olds for two solid hours, or many of the 20 yr olds either. We parents got to sit and talk and relax the whole time. William took care of everything and everyone. It was the most pleasant, relaxing part of the entire week. The AV is beautiful, clean, organized and looks like Las Vegas for kids. What a great bargain and great day. I can’t thank you enough William you’re the best.

Our experience with RV Arcade and William in particular, was fantastic!
My wife booked the RV Arcade for our son’s 9th birthday party. We had 15 kids
aged 7 – 10 and some parents. William showed up early to setup and was ready
at the appointed time. He checked with me ahead of time about what games
we would be playing (he suggested shelving the ‘mature rated’ games). The
bus was clean and spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone
and the climate control worked fine. The seating is comfortable and kids can
double up by sitting on the top of the long bench seating.
William was very professional and helped the kids the entire time. We would
switch out games, provide instruction and just play along with everyone. Our party
was a smashing success and we are looking forward to booking
again in January for our 7 year old’s party.

I booked the Videogame RV based on the Unilocal reviews and could not be more pleased. When I accidentally booked the wrong date, William worked with me to straighten it out and my daughter’s birthday party was saved. 7th graders and adults alike had a great time. The RV is awesome and William was great to work with and with the kids. Can’t wait to have another chance to book it soon!

We just used RV Arcade for our sons 10th birthday party. There were over 20 kids there and everyone had a great time! Wil was great with the kids and he was very professional. He called several times to check in prior to the party. He made sure to only allow the games that had the appropriate ratings or the ones that you allow. He was very conscious of it. We will definitely use RV Arcade again!

Worst company ever tried to schedule for May 2nd for 6pm, calendar say if there’s 3 hr window I can book, bull William your an idiot for you to tell a potential client you can’t because you have a party and guest coming over, guess what I have that same problem and for you to try work me to get a different time to convince you, William I will never recommend your services!

RV Arcade is where it’s at!!! Gone are the days of booking a birthday party at an overcrowded place where everything seems all over the place. RV Arcade brings the party to YOU. I have hired RV Arcade for 2 birthday parties and plan to continue to do so whenever the opportunity presents itself. My son and all of his buddies (and a few dads) simply LOVED it! Will is an all-​around great guy who is very professional.
Booking a party without RV Arcade just doesn’t make sense anymore. Finally, no more Chuck E. Cheese or Sherman Oaks Castle! RV Arcade will bring the party to you!!! I love RV Arcade!

I had my 26th birthday party on the RV arcade and had a great time. The staff was friendly, attentive and professional. They were early to my house, to set up and fire up the air conditioning, the price was cheaper than the the other services I researched and I would recommend them to game enthusiasts of all ages who want to have a party to remember.

William is amazing. I called about 10 trucks to try and find someone to come and work a party for one of the boys that I take care of and they were all busy.
Although I was unable to use him because of a time issue on my end he was still the most helpful out of all of them. He was great, nice, friendly and very thorough. He did everything he could to see what he could do to help. He even held a slot for me and called me back to inquire before booking reservations with others.
There is no doubt that I would use him if we didn’t have other plans at the times he was available. It was a short notice booking. But I appreciated his efforts and all of his assistance.
I would recommend him to anyone who asked for a truck.

My son celebrated his 10th birthday today with RV Arcade. William was very professional, punctual and patient. All the kids had a great time with the variety of games and consoles like Xbox, wii and Nintendo. I don’t do too many recommendations but William was so awesome! Hire him for your next event… you will not be disappointed.

This was legit. They had Mario Kart 8 on the Wii U and Smash Brothers on Wii U. In addition, when we got to playing Street Fighter 5 on one of the other systems, Will came over and put up a great fight! I think he let me off easy, though.

THE RV ARCADE IS AWEEESOME!!! and working with Will to set-​it up was even an added bonus! If i could give 10 stars, I would– He was attentive and kind, eager to assist in any way and communication was a breeze… PLUS, he knows all the tricks of Mario Kart :)
I planned a Holiday party for my office and we brought in the RV Arcade as a surprise– it was SUCH a hit! It comfortably fit around 15 adults with room to spare and provided HOURS of awesome entertainment. The whole process was smooth and I couldn’t have asked for a better result. I will not only be using WIll and the RV arcade again but will recommend them to ALL of my network.

What an amazing experience for my son Wes’s 7th Birthday party today. William was very attentive towards to kids and all the games and bus were simply terrific. Perfect event for kids to have a fun and safe controlled environment. Adults had a fantastic time as well highly recommend this for any child’s birthday or adults fun time with friends
