The customer service is pathetic, especially for a company of this caliber. I had a few technical questions to inquire regarding my home theater that was beyond the receptionist ability to asnwer and asked a few times to talk to someone more technically savvy and she refused to transfer me. I can’t understand why a company would turn down business. Do your research and go somewhere else where they are more receptive to the client.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Robert’s did some work for my then boyfriend over 2 years ago, he told them at the time that he was having financial issues. They sent us a few invoices, but we were still unable to pay. Eventually the invoices stopped; plain and simple we forgot. (Which I am sure is something everyone is guilty of.) That is until today, when he receives a horrendous, nasty, vilifying email that used personal information against him, that was divulged to them b/​c we weren’t able to pay and we had hoped they would understand the situation. To the tasteful person that wrote the email, you’re right «Karma is a b$tch» and actually we do «Do unto others as we hope they do unto us». We’ll pay our bill, but we won’t ever recommend this place because they are nasty, unappreciative, unsympathetic, greedy people that send their customers hateful emails calling them liars and horrible people. Maybe next time someone owes you, an email stating, «We haven’t heard from you in a while, not sure how things are going, but are you able to pay?» would be the more politically correct, business oriented, polite, adult way to handle that sort of situation.
