The only issue here for me was having a 9am appointment and the staff ran late.
The overall helpfulness and courtesy though was top notch. Both the nurse and Dr. were very nice and willing to help me on any concern I had about my teeth. It was very clean and well organized in there too! Looks like they will stay my new dentist for awhile.

Unilocal disagrees with you. You are a shoddy charlatan. One can only assume that your physical unattractiveness motivated the revenge you are now taking out on us, your hot patients. Give it up man, go manage a sandwich stall or something.

The assistants are very helpful and nice to their patients, unfortunately the Dr is VERY unprofessional, is money driven and avoids dealing with her patients concerns and issues. She tried to have me pay 1thousand dollars more AFTER the fact that I had paid my braces off, instead of listening and having good customer service she avoided me when I wanted to discuss the issue. All in all, I had a horrible experience here and will never attend this dentist office. I don’t recommend it to anyone who wants a Dr that truly cares for her patients.

To Hamlet again: If your not able to give my child a referral over the phone then why did your office do it after saying they could? It only took 2 months. And why did my insurance say you can do it? Again your answers via Unilocal and over the phone are not accurate. You shouldn’t try to justify your actions, you just embarrass yourself.

I have finally located my dentist along with a wonderful, very kind, polite, and helpful Staff. My insurance covered everything, but their prices are also really good even for those who don’t have insurance. The doctor was great too, she is very professional and friendly. She did my cleaning and filling. It was smooth and painless. I actually look forward to coming here to get my teeth cleaned.
They also have Ortho once a month and the new assistant «Joey» is a super nice guy, funny, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating and will make your time there go by fast and stress free!
The office is cozy and clean, while inviting and not overly-​sterile looking.
Last thing I want to mention is that they are completely honest and I trust them. Go check them out, I definitely recommend this dental office to everyone !!!

Worse than 1 star! I agree with the other reviewers. I did not even get to any treatment because they announced my cleaning was going to have an 89 $ copayment. I have delta dental HMO & bi annual cleanings are supposed to be covered 100%. So my husband & I called delta right then & talked to them. Meanwhile the assistant called delta & it was all very very shady & suspicious. They refused to give us a regular cleaning, would not give us a clear explanation of what the cleaning was that cost an 89 $ copayment & finally said to the delta rep she was on the phone with that we were dictating service & should go somewhere else. Delta said we would be covered if we left & went to another dentist for cleaning. As we left they printed our xrays out & handed them to us. In retrospect many little clues gave away that they were scamming us & that this is a thing they do. We will file complaints with delta. Slimed! Now to find a good dentist!

This place is rip off central. I had billing for procedures done at rates higher then my hmo contract. I caught them charging extra on numerous procedures. I filed multiple grievances with my hmo in order to get them to adjust billing. The office manager is a dragon lady. I finally filed complaint with the state dental board after months of being stonewalled. That is the only way I was able to resolve problems. Dr. Assatourian is a very shady business person. If you feel that the treatment you get at this office does not meet professional standards you have rights to recourse through:
1) Your insurance carrier
2) The state dental board

3) Small claims court
