I am more of a bootcamp/circuit training kind of gal and was a little skeptical to try a barre class. But I absolutely loved pop physique! The instructor is energizing and the class itself is very challenging, and great for improving flexibility and toning your body. The music is up beat and fun and they do a great job of combining core muscle exercises with more ballet/barre exercises as well as arms. Definitely recommend trying Pop Physique!

Crazy effective workout! I’ve been going for a month and a half and I can see a real improvement all over :) It’s an hour and it’s challenging– but you will feel and look great after!
