Iraj Y.

Business Owner

Iraj earned a degree in Electrical Engineering and has a vast commercial real estate background. A licensed real estate broker and developer, Iraj began his construction career in the late 1980’s building custom homes, multifamily, and commercial properties. His Los Angeles area development projects include several condominium buildings. Iraj initiated his property management business in 1991 by managing a few single family homes as a service to his investor clients. The business rapidly expanded to a full service management company with a sizable portfolio of residential income properties, homeowners associations and office space.
