Is it normal for a property management company to not have a master set of keys?
I don’t understand what they get paid for. If they’re not finding a tenant for a vacant unit, what do they do all day?

Well the «parent» company Strategic Aquisistions is trying to steal our home way down in Temecula, Ca, by purchasing it through an auction that should not even have been held. They say they purchased it just a couple of days ago and already brought the shotgun slinging sheriffs out to try to kick my family off the property we have owned for the last 15 years. Their business tactics are terrible and they will be held accountable. This is an outrage and I would in no way shape or form do any business with a company like this. Gun slinging sheriffs to kick a family out of their home of 15 years, come on, what’s wrong with this company,? Answer: Lots of things. Their tactics are only the tip of the iceberg. Their association with Green Tree Servicing, yes the same monster that is raping millions of good hard working Americans and stealing their homes is another reason for not doing business with an organization like this and I am sure there are many more reasons that I haven; uncovered… yet, but I will keep you all posted, count on it.

I tried to use this company to rent a property. I had a bad experience. I was contacted by text by one of their representatives (Henry Paz) he was not very professional. He provided me with misleading information. I tried to contact upper management, but no one ever returned any of my calls or messages.
