I can’t say enough good things about Bryan and O2 UP! I was originally attracted to the great introductory offer and competitive pricing but once I met Bryan I realized very quickly that I was in the right hands. He takes his role in the health of his clients very seriously and I was impressed by his knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to help me along on my path to wellness. He listens and takes the time to answer all your questions but most importantly you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. Parking is easy and free, it’s very clean, I never had to wait, scheduling is easy, everyone is super friendly and they are the most affordable. I highly recommend O2 UP! There is no reason to go anywhere else.

My friend who races motorcycles recommended hyperbaric therapy after I broke my two ankles because that’s what a lot of the MotoGP guys do to recover from injuries. Having never tried it, I opted for the location closest to my home with the best Unilocal reviews. I was skeptical but willing to try anything to speed up my recovery as I couldn’t handle the idea of being in a wheel chair for 6 to 8 weeks.
In the two weeks following my accident, I had roughly 20 hours in the chamber and the bruising and inflammation were nearly gone. After 16 days, I went back to my doctor for additional X-​rays to confirm I was on track and he was amazed with how well I was healing. So much so, that he revised my time in the wheel chair down from 6 — 8 weeks to 4 — 5 weeks and that’s coming from an incredibly cautious doctor.
It’s now been almost three weeks and I feel only the slightest bit of tenderness on my ankles at the fracture points. Oh, and, as a bonus, the chamber makes your skin look awesome.

My experience today has me feeling that I got lucky because I knew nothing about hyperbaric oxygen treatment before and I probably should have. I had a TBI in 2008 and not one medical professional has ever mentioned this therapy to me. I am prone to forget things but this is such a new and unique experience that I believe I would have recalled at least something related to it. Bryan is the authority/​owner and cares. Caring goes a LONG way. I’m so excited to continue my therapy there. While I have only gone once I do not believe that this is a premature review at all. I will update after several more visits. My doctor referred me for hyperbaric sessions to help a serious injury heal. I had 7 sessions and my doctor was pleased even after the first 2 sessions to see that it had started to help a lot. Bryan is very calming and reassuring and because my mobility was limited at the time, he was very gentle in helping me in and out of the chamber. The experience was like going to a luxury spa — I’d lie down and just zone out while the treatment was in progress. I highly recommend Bryan — and be sure to bring your iPod with calming music — it’s so relaxing and comfortable you may well fall asleep for the whole session.

This place is wonderful! The offices are very lovely and calming to walk through. Bryan is excellent at what he does. He took the time to answer all questions before my first session and the many that I had after as well. I went in for brain fog and fatigue following multiple concussions and I left each session feeling clearer and more energized. I also have hip issues and during one session I could actually feel what I would describe as an «unwinding» in my hip. I have been pain free for months now! I wish I knew more people to recommend this to!

The body needs oxygen for healing, and by healing, I mean biologically or structurally. By saturating the cells with oxygen, the body is essentially able to repair itself at a much faster rate and in some cases, it allows the body to heal when it wouldn’t have without the additional oxygen. I have suffered with severe, chronic ebv and have been getting 3 sessions weekly for the past four months. Along with a high nutrient dense diet, this has enabled me to all but defeat this illness within months as opposed to years as my practitioner’s prognosis for me.
Bryan has been amazing from day one helping me to relax in the chamber. A very tall task since my nervous system was completely anialated from the virus. He is the best and when it comes to customer service, it doesn’t get much better!

Bryan was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. Very enjoyable experience, and I will definitely return soon! Place is clean, warm, and inviting; could not imagine it being any better. Definitely noticed a difference riding my bike back home… and the discomfort I had in my legs from dancing healed extremely quickly in the next few days after hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Would definitely recommend this treatment for other dancers and athletes!

I have been coming to 02 UP since August for a total of 13 treatments so far. I have been using the treatment in addition to changing my diet as part of a healing protocol for autoimmune disease. Before the treatments I had so much joint pain, that I could barely walk, use my hands, or even dress myself on most days. The pain was indescribable and on top of that as a dancer, I could not work or do what I loved.
After the first 10 treatments which I completed in two weeks, my pain was dramatically reduced. I could jog and work out. I was slowly able to start training in modern again and have been steadily getting better enough to start ballet. After the last 3 treatments my pain is *almost gone*!!! I am overjoyed to be able to dance again.
On top of the actual hyperbaric oxygen treatments, Bryan is such a sweet person. Bryan really cares and makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed during your time in the tube.

I have been coming to 02 UP 4 – 5 days per week for 6 months as part of my healing protocol for a genetic condition which dramatically suppresses my immune, nervous and endocrine systems. Prior to finding Bryan and 02 UP, I could not walk or speak properly and had lost much of my short term memory. I was confined to bed for over 6 months with a myriad of symptoms that prevented me from functioning properly. I anticipated needing at least 40 hours of hyperbaric oxygen before I would begin to feel healthy again, but after only 10 hours of treatments, I began to feel the results! I am now fully mobile, have my memory, speech and balance back and have regained my enthusiasm for lifeI I cannot express how grateful I am for this treatment and most importantly Bryan Johnson, the owner and operator of 02 UP.
Before coming here, I had tried all of the other hyperbaric services in los angeles, as it is the furthest from my home and I knew I would be doing a lot of driving every day in heavy traffic. All I can say is Bryan is the only practitioner I can whole heartedly recommend in this category. His presence and the environment he provides are peaceful, positive and deeply healing. The oxygen chambers are very clean, odor free and well cared for (he changes all of the covers and oxygen masks for every session, unlike many of the other facilities I have tried). Bryan’s attention and care with each client makes the difference… he is a beautiful, person committed to serving his clients. You will not find this level of conscientious care and attention elsewhere!
Finally, the prices at 02 UP are the best in the area, but I would come here even if they were the most expensive. If you are considering HBOT, save your time and energy shopping for the right facility and come to 02 UP.

I never fancied myself a girl in a plastic bubble… or any bubble, really. But when I wanted to speed up my recovery, my doctor suggested O2 UP and I’m so glad she did because it’s made all the difference in the world. I’ve been enduring a bit of a health nightmare which has made me wary of many doctors and treatments so I have a high bar. I expect compassion and knowledge as well as results. Bryan and O2 UP have delivered on those fronts and more. A super sincere human being, Bryan really wants to help his clients get better. He listens. Which is HUGE. And he does everything he can so you’re able get the most out of your time there. I’m very grateful to him. And although the bubble-​slash-​pod may look space age aka scary, it’s really not once you’re inside. You have pillows and a blanket so you can sleep if you’d like. You can also bring in your laptop and phone in case you need to do work or are expecting a call. I have only good things to say about 02 UP… Oh, except for the fact it’s closed on weekends! I guess you can’t have EVERYTHING.:)

I sought HBOT therapy after my son’s ADHD symptoms began getting worse as he entered puberty, and we got a SPECT exam that showed his brain was underactive. I wanted to find a way to heal the brain, rather than just temporarily medicate it with a stimulant. We had tried medication twice in the past and it made him too hyper and I just didn’t think it was in his best interest to keep on trying different drugs. I had to find a bio-​medical doctor, because his UCLA doctors had no alternatives for me. I found a top bio-​medical doctor who immediately recommended HBOT and a no gluten, no dairy and minimum sugar diet, as well as some amino acids (Taurine and GABA). We were told to do a minimum of 40 continuous sessions. Within 5 session we began seeing a calmer kid. We are now ending the 40 sessions and I cannot express my gratitude at having found this incredible alternative therapy and specifically at this facility with Bryan Johnson. My child is not only calmer, more focused, less impulsive, more in control of his emotions, relaxed, and in general has a 1000% better disposition, he is happier and, for the first time in a long time, interested in school and wants to do well. For us, this is a miracle.
If you have ANY brain condition, I would HIGHLY recommend that you look into this phenomenal underused and highly effective therapy. I would also tell you that this particular center knows exactly what to do and how to do it best. Over at O2 UP they have a real interest in helping people heal and they know many other highly effective alternative therapies. You couldn’t be in better hands.

Oxygen therapy was recommended to me after I had a serious surgery, trauma to my neck and brain, and I had difficulty healing. I was plagued with pain from before the surgery and after, and sought healing through several different kinds of therapy, but it wasn’t until I came into O2Up and began treatments with Bryan that my recovery really started to take hold. I can now say the pain is less than I have ever had and I no longer feel like my body is the same broken one it used to be. I feel like I am growing a new body through this therapy. I am forever grateful for the service Bryan offers and he is truly a healing practitioner and has also helped me delve deeper into my meditation practice. I am deeply grateful for o2UP! I found o2 Up through a living social special and have continued to come for o2 treatment as I feel so many positive changes going on as a result of the hyperbaric chamber and o2 therapy… I had a pretty bad injury to a finger when I started and the injury has healed completely without infection or other problems. I have found myself entering into better deep sleep patterns and I am presently hoping to make changes in a pattern of brain damage dating back to age 3 or 4 when I contracted a mild case of meningitis. Bryan works with his clients patiently and monitors us closely to be certain that we are obtaining the maximum benefit from the treatment. I look forward to posting more positive personal changes in the future.

I first tried oxygen therapy after a surgery. I was told it was good for swelling/​bruising and healing. Its all true. Brian, the owner is the sweetest/​kindest person. He makes you feel comfortable and makes the experience, awkward at first once you get used to it really pleasurable. The results are immediate especial if you keep it up. You can buy a series which is a better deal and gets you to go bc the more you go the better results you will have. O2 Up is the best.

I had a GREAT experience with a session. I would go all the time if I had the opportunity and means. My wife purchased a session for me as a birthday present. I have a challenging job and deal with tons of negative people. I carry some of that negative energy home. I wanted support with releasing my anxiety, fear, and depression. I’ll be forever grateful to my wife for this Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy session. It gave me the release I needed. It also enhanced my concentration, my inner peace, and I had an INCREDIBLE meditation while in the chamber. Bryan is a genuine person and he’s helping lots of people heal. I was not disappointed with anything I experienced even though I had no clue as to what to expect. The facility is clean and the customer service I received was bar none. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!

Here’s the deal folks… Oxygen therapy works. You don’t have to figure it out, it makes sense that the body needs oxygen not just to function optimally, but especially when you need to heal.
I personally tried this therapy many years ago. I didn’t have a great experience… then I met Bryon. He’s professional, knowledgable and basically hand-​held me through my session. I felt amazing! I had a lung infection last year and just by cleaning up my diet and doing oxygen therapy, the infection cleared in less than a week — no antibiotics! I would say, hands down, if you want to experience this healing modality, go to Bryon at O2UP only. You’ll leave educated and feeling like you have control over your choices around good health. I can’t wait to go back in for another treatment.

I have some circulation issues in my leg, and especially in my right foot. After doing a bunch of research, I decided to give mild hyperbaric treatment a try. I found O2 Up and met with Bryan, and did 6 or so sessions about 8 months ago. I definitely felt better and had improvement in my foot. I stopped going because I got very busy. Recently, about two months ago or so, I started seeing Bryan again and doing 1 hour sessions. I think tomorrow will be my 11^th session. My foot has improved and I always feel more energized after a session. The sessions are not cheap, but, they are effective. Everything in our body needs oxygen, and lying in a pressure chamber is a great way to get more oxygen into the cells. Bryan uses a large chamber, so I’m not claustrophobic while I’m inside (which was a major concern of mine). What I have also noticed is that it is always clean air inside — never foul odors from previous users! I take my iPhone in, put on music, and relax. If you have any kind of health issues at all, I highly recommend you give mild hyperbaric a try. Oh, and Bryan? Great guy!

I found this place with a lifebooker deal online a few months ago and havent looked back. I ended up buying a package and go every week. Brian is awesome! The nicest person, so caring, thoughtful and informative.
First introduced to Hyperbaric Chambers when I had a face accident 5yrs ago, I did a series of sessions and the results were amazing, I have no clear visible scarring, it healed so neatly, the bruising went away in no time as did the swelling. I fell in love with the Hyperbaric after that. But at such a high price tag it wasn’t affordable to go often, so I didn’t.
Finding 02 Up was awesome! Brian makes it affordable and now I go just for all over health and vitality. I know its doing more for me than I could possibly notice or imagine.

A beautiful facility with surprisingly convenient street parking given that it’s on Venice Blvd. I haven’t used the many other services offered at the clinic but their spaces appear quite nice. I’ve used Bryan Johnson’s hyperbaric chamber a few times with great results. The first time was for treatment for a neck injury. Felt great enough to compete at a jiujitsu tournament later that week. Now I routinely go there as pre-​tournament preparation. I find that it helps with my cardio and in-​between-​rounds recovery. Plus, it’s nice to take a sweet sweet 1 hour long nap in the middle of the day!
