In 2008, I obtained my license from the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California. However, I’ve been in the mental health field for much longer! For the past 12 years, I have been working in non-​profit organizations servicing families and youth. I found my true skills to be in treating anxiety and depression.

I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2004. In 2008, I was finished accruing my intern hours and I past all exams resulting in my license through the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California. I love working with people and teaching them skills to overcome needless suffering of anxiety and depression. I try to use solution-​focused, limited time therapy as often as I can and tailor my therapy modality to the specific person and issue.
