I just got off the phone with the most unprofessional female bitch of a person I’ve ever spoken with. I just came back from a business trip where there were bed bugs in my hotel room and I was bitten multiple times and I wanted to find a local company to inspect my home to see if any of the bed bugs made it into my home.
I was asking her several questions of the persons qualifications and how they inspect the home when she cut me off and literally asked me «Why are you asking me all these questions?» I told her I was a resident and wanted to make sure I get someone qualified to inspect my home and if that was a problem. Her response was she didn’t want to provide me any service. I told her to go &^%$ herself and hung up. I can’t believe I was treated this way. WTF is going on with customer service these days!
