Established in 1993.

Since 1993, Fat Cat Exterminators has been providing industry-​leading and innovative termite protection and pest control treatments. Our Structural Repair Department are fully licensed as a General Contractor by the State of California, and our entire team is insured and bonded to be able to offer our customers peace of mind as we go about our business.

A little bit of info regarding a comment made by GIL. It’s very upsetting to see that you actually took the time to bad mouth Dave and his company. I know you saw them recording your meeting with Dave and I saw it. You forgot to mention in your review that YOU got into Dave’s face and you even hit his truck with your fist. YOU began insulting him as soon as he got out of his vehicle and he was trying to explain that the meeting was btw 12 – 2 not 12:15 which is the time he got there. As far as I know you don’t live here your son does and you had his key. YOU also forgot to mention that the insults came from you first until you raised your hand and threatened to physically hurt him, that’s where Dave lost it after he told you not once or twice but many times to backup from his personal space. I have worked with these guys for many, many, years and they are great at what they do. Never have they been rude or obnoxious, or disrespectful, Dave and the guys are perfect gentleman and are always on top of things.

These guys are great. My grandmother had a horrible pest problem and these guys came through when We needed it most. Grandma was trying to zap the termites on her own and ended up falling off the ladder and bumping her head. When she came to she started speaking Portuguese! These guys came in and tented her house up and made those wood loving fleas disappear.
Not sure what this girl Gil is screaming about below– Dave was one of the most genuine people I’ve met. On time and even showed up with a smile and smelled like cinnamon. Guess you can’t please them all but she must’ve really done something to tick off ol Dave. Great guy– family run business… Only thing I would change is the name! Don’t understand why it’s fat cat.

Fat Cat exterminators are very reliable. I have used them for years and they do above and beyond the work that I ask of them. When I call I get a response immediately and schedule whatever treatment I need for the week or month. Thank you for the GREAT service.

I’m in the remodeling business and half of my business comes from property management. I needed to replace some windows but there was a bee infestation in our way not allowing us to work on the building. Dave and his fat cat crew eliminated them almost the first time. The next day they were still coming out of the upper vents. I called Dave to complain, and he told me to give it a day or two for the residual effect of his treatment to work. He was right. Bees gone! Tenants in the building were scared to death as the bees had already made their way into the kids rooms. This was the second time I used Fat Cat. The first time was for a termite inspection report for my home purchase. I’m loyal to quality family run business. If they’re on a tight schedule, be patient, they’ll get to you, and totally worth the wait if needed.

I placed a call to Fat Cat Exterminator for a problem with ants. From the initial call to inquire about their services to the technician who came to my house to provide the extermination, I couldn’t be happier with their service. The technician was on time and very clean. I was also concerned with chemicals and Dave, the owner was very helpful in providing me with the information I needed. I would recommend Fat Cat Exterminators to anyone looking for pest control services. They got rid of my ant problem.

They used to be above average until they got a little bit known, When I called them (3 times to get a response) they said they are too busy to leave Orange County but would call back and give me the number of a sub they used in the past that could help me; no call, so I called and left messages 3 times, no response. With an attitude like this, I’m sure their «too busy» problem will ameliorate itself with a little time.

Excellent reliable company! I have had Fat Cat Exterminators service my house monthly for the past two years. I used to have a really bad ant problem that I just couldn’t get under control with any other company, and every since they have come out to my house I have never had a problem since. They have great customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just bad business. I had missed a association situation where they came out to spray for termites. Where they planned it on a day I was working, I shuffled around to get someone to work for me for a few hours. I understand that was my fault but you have to understanding I did not pick these hours it was just defaulted on me. They have a time spanned of four hours and showed up that the last hour by that time I had to be at worked. I called them up. They were really nice about it and say they would come out spray. I called them up and they say they would call me back. I waited for them no one called me back for weeks. I called them again and no one called me back. Then one day out of the blue, while driving they called me. She called me. I told her I was driving now. It didn’t seems to click in her mind that I was driving. I couldn’t take my planner out and give her an answer right there. (how unsafe) I was desperate. I waited for them to come. No one called me. No one showed up. Once they have your money the situation changes. You are on their turf now. I work, and have a busy schedule, they aren’t very accommodating. They really lack in communication. I would not refer them to anyone of my friends.
